It was my second time to experienced today : Level U Wireless In-Ear Earphones With Mic Blue/Black for 94.25 AED Model : erhu22_Blue When I open , the model is BG920BBEGWW which is 79.50 AED I dont know if it was by mistake or intentional ??? Last November I was shopping on your website last November 22,2018 . One particular items which I had put in my basket "Studio 3 Wireless Headphones 1249.00 for the original price and it shows 48.00 and when I made a check out including other items suddenly it becomes 879.00 ???? I didnt got any reason why it was and my order was not honored.

Unfortunately there is no such option as no stars because they definitely don't deserve any. I have placed an order for a sunglasses ray ban RB2140 polarized and size 50mm. Becaise this is the only one fits me well. They delivered it quite fast, but since it was evening i have worn it the next day. Start noticing that it is kinda other shape, and always slips down... i've checked d size, and yes, it was a 54mm size and these particular model was not polarized. I thought, okay, may b this is a reason they have put a sale on it. I have requested for a return and placed order again, and asked them to make sure to deliver correct size next time. In a few days, i am getting my long awaited order and opened it straight away. Checked d size before even wearing.. and again, it is not the item i have purchased. Asked to return, got a call from customer experience supervisor or whatever his position is... he saod since it happened twice, he offered me 10% discount on the next order. They have also removes this item from sale and promised me investigation. I was stubborn enough and placed order for the third time, not from a sale, paid extra 100aed for it and got my order today. Had recorded a video, so in case it is wrong for the third time they will not be able to say that i am just buying sunglasses and keep changing d soze of it. So guess what... it was a 3d time a bigger size than the one indicated in my order.... guys, i don't know what to say. What i have at the moment? No sunglasses and Noon hasy money for 3 consecutive orders. Damn.. worst online shopping experience even. DO NOT BUY ANY SINGLE THING FROM THERE!!!! P.S. last order number was (NAEB80028380926) those who speaks russian will know what NAEB means. This is exactly type of the things they do to their cusomers. Shame!

The most worst customer service and even the supervisor ( samera or sumai) can't handle the issues. Which company hire employees can't handle customers issues. It is really disappointed and it was mistake to order. Amazon is 100000 times better in handling customers. Take ur time as it last time to check ur site and I will not stop posting review in all social media and google and will never recommend it to all friends

Not recommended. Total three items ordered, one item received next day. after few days one item cancelled by Noon. then for the third item delivery the delivery agent called at 23:30 . i told them that dont deliver today. but the next 2 days they didnt deliver the item. and i call them to remind the delivery. still waiting. worst experience with an online shopping websites.

I have had several bad experiences with Noon and stupidly kept ordering from them again but now I will never order from them. My first ever order I purchased some perfumes the courier said he could not come back at the time of my convenience so he will leave it at my front door, when I came home the delivery was no where to be seen or found. Noon said this is not their problem they are not liable for this and did not refund me. Secondly I had purchased some suitcases to travel on vacation with, 1 week later after my purchase date when I landed at my destination my suitcase was found split open and broken and I had items missing. When I spoke to Noon about the quality and wanting a refund they said they were not able to do anything due to it being over the 14 days period. I explained any faulty item means refund no matter what and suitcases should come with warranty. They lastly said they will issue me half the money as a refund but ONLY into my Noon wallet so I had to spend the money with them again not into my bank account. The customer service really is shocking and disgusting I do not know how they can get away with the standards they have. You wait weeks for your order, they do not issue refunds or listen to you. They are rude and stupid on the phone.

I bought 2 wireless ps2 controllers, i recieved 2 very cheap wired controllers, i demanded a return, the pickup was 1 week late, and they refunded less than half the amount after 2 weeks, now i am trying to get the full amount with multiple emails, and its only like 30 riyals!! Very bad return process, really disappointing.

Worst customer service ever. Had the malchance of ordering nespresso capsules through Noon more than 4 days ago and was supposed to be delivered today. The customer service supervisor named Vivek promised that it will happen today after 1 hour exchanging with their CS that'll qualify the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Customer is everywhere except at the center of their preoccupations. Disappointing and never again ordering through the platform. Order #NAEB7005444361

Worst Service ever seen in the E-commerce ordered for the first time for my Apple series 4 screen protector 44mm what they show in the website is different then what i got, i called up them immediately and made a return now its two months still waiting for the credit second time i thought to order from them i got the same result i wasted my time and money running behind them i request that it was a very bad experience to choose Noon and also gave them two opportunity to check the service. worst worst service

Worst and ridiculous service ever seen in the e-commerce i had ordered for the first time what i got is totally different from what i ordered i returned the item and waiting for my credit since two month i still didn't got again i ordered and i received my item it was different so m tired of all this things this totally a time and money waste website in the whole world. Requesting every one no to order from them and to waste Time and money.

I've never ever had such "VERY VERY "bad experience in online shopping since I shop online in NOON , Which was my 1st time buying experience, Both order rejected without any reason , I just failed to understand why in 1st instance to display the product when there is no 100% commitment , Customer have to wait for 1 week, and then cancellation of product with plain vanila "EMAIL" , Is this customer service , how it can build the trust and engage customer for Future buying ! Ordered 2 Nos "Solar lights waterproof motion sensor wall lamp black 30.5 x 11.5 x 5.5 cms" and i received the item which was not as per the listed dimensions. i received 15.5 x 11.5 x 5.5. I have complained and returned back the lights. Refund was done as noon credits but i stick on with my complaint and after 10 days, after several calls to them, they informed that they will be sending the correct item. Today i received the same smaller one. Again i have raised the complaint and waiting to see what they are going to do. Still this item is listed in their website with same dimensions. Misleading customers with fake descriptions. Earlier i have returned so many things due to the same sort of negligence from their part.

I wanted to share my “worst” experience with others, hence writing this review with the hope to prevent someone from facing the same “worst” experience. This is regarding my order I placed on 23rd July 19, that contains many general items (unbranded / generic) along with 2 Branded items (Geepas 48 Watt LED Bulb and a Big Screen LG TV). It started to deliver the items on time. Of many concerns I faced, 1st one is : All the items received are in open box (Not even taped) and wrapped with Noon.com Cover. 2nd : All unbranded / generic items were received as described on Noon.com website, but the Branded one that I ordered (Geepas 48 watt LED Bulb) was received different from what type I ordered and of some unknown brand. 3rd and biggest scam was with LG TV. I ordered this 86 inch screen TV (under some offer price that was lower than the market price I guess) and the order was confirmed. The same item was available on 2 different links on Noon.com Website. The very next day I saw the same item on 2 links on website with price more than double of what I placed the order. I was happy that I got the offer for much lower price. Further, in next few days, the item was removed from website. If I search for the same, it was not available but over 50 different TVs were available in the category “Televisions – 70” & Above”. After few days I received mail from Noon.com saying that this item will be cancelled from my order as the item is not available with seller. This being not my fault, I replied to mail refusing the cancellation and demanding Noon.com to deliver the item on time. On 30th July 19, I got a call from Noon.com telling me the same that item is not available with seller and the item will be cancelled from my order. They offered me some monetary compensation. I asked them to offer me some other model of TV in same Brand and size range. The lady on call checked and replied to me that they don’t have the item in same Brand and size with them. I was unable to believe because I was checking their website regularly for same size tv and brand, as I had plan to buy one more, but to my surprise, when I checked the website myself, there were only 4 items shown in that category (till last day, there were more than 50 items). Anyways, I asked the lady to offer me another brand TV out of those 4 available items. 1st she replied that the Price difference is huge against what I paid for my order. actually the price of this tv was much less than the one I ordered (without offer from 24th July onwards). Our conversation on call continued and after some time, the lady informed that she just checked with the seller about availability of this alternate model and is not available. This was all from my conversation with Noon, and now, even the alternate model I demanded is removed from Noon.com website. Only 3 models are available in required category. So, my conclusion about noon is that they put the branded items on their website just to attract customers, but after the payment is made, customer will come to know that the item is not available with Noon.com. Noon has no control over its seller at all. Sorry for the long review. It was just my experience with Noon, that I wanted to share with all. Thank You PS : Order id NAEB70052407346

Ordered a glass condiment holder, wasnt packed properly (ie the box was put in a plastic envelope with only bubble wrap, no fragile stickers), and was smashed to bits when i received it. Same order I paid 590aed for a ring and when it arrived it is a fake gem with poor quality metal. Shame on you noon for not caring about supplier quality or your own quality. Never ordering from them again

I wish i could give no stars. I ordered an item at the end of June 2019. This item I received was not as described so i returned it immediately. I was informed that i would receive a full refund. This was not the case. For some reason I was gifted noon credit instead (which I didn't want as wasn't going to use them again). I complained and explained that I wanted my money back and was told that this was raised and sent on the 11th July and would take maximum 14 - 30 days. I have contacted them again twice in this period and told it was waiting on the bank and all had been processed. However, today I checked again and found that the transfer had only been issued on the 28th July. The customer service agent explained it was a 'technical error' and there was nothing they could do about it and therefore I have to wait another 14-30 day (going to be at least 30) for the refund. Meaning it will take 2 months to get my money back! Do not use

Noon is not recommended for any one. When you order the products from noon. They will confirm & when you are expecting the product i.e last day they will cancel the product stating out of stock.
