I bought a product from noon trust me people I'm saying with experience amazon is better they have better quality of products better service. I bought Xiaomi airdots and I got a fake product I had the product side by side with the original it was clearly a cheap copy They didn't answer my calls for three days then I kept on bugging them till they finally returned the money I had to fight with them to get my money back when they sent me a fake then they proceed to tell *This will never happen again* this was a mistake like a bro its happened three times already who are you playing today I bought an iPhone 11 case and got an 11 pro max one which wasn't even similar product trust me its a big hassle for them to return the money back they are basically a scam now trust me go for someone else its worth your money and time Note even if it's their mistake and you return your the one who will be paying for the return, not them they say we're sorry we can't do anything it pisses me off trust me people go anywhere but noon This COMPANY IS CHEATING ME NOW. I have been a noon customer for 2 years now its not worth it anymore they just are playing around customer service never replies products are fake or wrong ones and bare in mind I have been buying for a while I thought maybe a mistake but no same thing again and again and every time I have to pay for delivery. They will say the same This is not what we intend to provide Then why don't u change it can you see the reviews.

Hello! I ordered a Braun face spa epilator from noon. Product details: NAED40065279929. The item received is broken and now I am unable to return it. It’s incorrect to send a broken item to a customer. Request you to please accept the return for this product.

The product colour was wrong. Called the customer service, worst experience ever. The solution they gave me was, wait for 2 days for someone to pick it up, then days for them to check that the product is ok, then 4 days for funds to be transferred to Noon account and finally 2 weeks for funds to be transferred to my bank account.

I bought a baby blender that broke after 2.5 weeks of very light usage (blending banana!), and when I contacted their customer service they said the return policy is only 2 weeks and since I was outside of this, they couldn’t do anything. I explained I don’t want to return it but want a replacement as they sold me a faulty item, but they still didn’t offer me any help (after paying 300 for the item!). I wouldn’t recommend using them as I think they need to show some goodwill when things like these happen... 2.5 weeks of usage...

For the 3rd time, I buy items on noon.com and what I receive is more like a Xmas surprise box - never matching the picture in the listing not even by 10% !!!! I have no idea why do I keep giving this nonsense website chances. There is clearly no control of who sells on the platform. Gave noon customer service a call yesterday and said that noon.com is very much compromising their credibility and reputation by allowing dodgy sellers to sell on the platform. I doubt anything will be done about it though, as I have been experiencing this disgusting purchasing returning as item is not as described ever since last year.

100265405900003 Invoice Nr P09404-… 100265405900003 Invoice Nr P09404- IAEC050608 Invoice Date 2021-03-27 Shipment Nr NAED30089867460- S Bought a mobile phone recently as a tourist. Received the product in time but there was no Planet sticker for VAT refund. Chatter with an agent to be told that Noon does not extend this facility. Spoke to one Mohammed who gave inane explanations and sounded smug and uncaring... It is, to my mind, illegit to charge VAT and then not provide refund facility. Noon has to look into this process. The product sold was by Noon and fulfilled by Noon yet the Invoice mentioned some other company as the SELLER! Also, Noon website no where lets it be known that Noon deliveries do not qualify for VAT refund. These are malpractices and if I have time, I will surely serve them with legal notice for making fools of UAE tourists! Such a pity, Noon!

Has been my worst experience ever . I purchased a Homes r Us sofa from Noon and realised that they were charging me a three seater price for a two seater . When I got it to their notice I never received a proper answer . Now getting my money back has been a harrowing experience . After several calls and emails I was able to process my refund . Now it’s been a month and when I contacted them it seems all those discussions we had were futile . I have to restart the whole process of emails and calls . Have no clue when my money will be refunded . I shop online a lot and without any doubt Noon is the most unprofessional online platform and customer service is just lip service . Action is zero .

I ordered a beauty tool and it was broken when came they said u cannot change but will add balance to wallet but I am not able to redeem that and it’s been one year , the customer care is also unable to help

Very bad after-sale services, Don't recommend Noon, they are not supportive after-sale services. I bought a mobile phone fulfilled by them and the mobile phone has software issue and when I contact them they inform me that the warranty not covering software issues, you can go to serves center to repair it. I am a customer of for amazon more than 10 years and I haven't faced such an argument ever, if I bought this mobile from a shop; the shop will repair it for me or send it to customer services, please be aware of Noon, not recommend at all and it will be my last time buying any thing from them. Continue: I went to the HUAWEI customer services center and they informed me that this mobile is not UAE version and the warranty shall be through noon and they confirmed that the software issues are covered in the warranty.

The products displayed on website and the ones delivered dont match, i have more than 2 not delivered items set for claim and not yet refunded! Customer service is just a facade! Sweet talking but no action. Only can get a "sorry" from them. I wouldn't shop from Noon anymorr nor would recommend Noon.

I ordered a headphones. In website they described as a new item but they send used one. After I asked for replacement but they said as per their policy there’s no replacement after they agreed to refund my money but more than twenty days until now both happens every time I sending mail they will reply it says within 48 hours will be added in wallet . Gents I highly suggest do not buy anything from noon it is cannot trust

I bought a Nikai Smart TV and not even six months that it's display went blank. When I sent the tv to the noon service center thinking that it was under warranty, the agents from warranty department kept shouting every time I called and literally refused to help or connect my call to a manager. Same information have been given every day almost two weeks now that the tv has an internal damage and is out of warranty. I swear that this will be my last ever experience with noon and will never want to do any business with them in future.

Starting off, noon was one of the best solutions and provided excellent services, excellent solutions and excellent products, but consistency is one of the vital aspects of a company, a company which cannot be consistent means it did not start off with fundamental basics. Noon now has been a disappointment in many many ways, first the items delivered arrive damaged, boxes torn and squashed, water bottles broken sometimes which ends up in a huge mess. Second, Customer Service, there is no boundaries on when you will get a call from their team, and why, sometimes they just call to tell you we will call you with the update, why call the customer? drop an email would be a nice solution if you want to inform them that you are still working, emails are never used, and when used sometimes sent twice and when sent it is in a improper format. Third, the charges are high, we all know we buy from noon to spare the drive to the store, and we know we pay higher for this, so at least we want the items delivered properly, what is the point in adding instructions but not following up on them, such as dont knock on the door, leave it outside, when you find the driver knocking the door bell till you wake up to take it, even though you asked to leave it. Forth, why sell something when you dont service it, if you dont, then add to your page same like you add the specifications, it is not professional to let a customer buy something thinking he is buying from the store when the policy is completely different, if you cannot have control over your suppliers then do or exclude them, you are not winning by having more suppliers. My latest experience was it, it was when I decided I am never going to use this e commerce application anymore. I bought a soap dispenser, and it came dirty and full of germs and dirt all over, as if it was used in a public bathroom for 2 years before, I took images and sent to noon, and every time I got a call from the customer service team, they ask the same question, what is wrong with it and can you send us the pictures, when there is no need for me to send the pictures you already have them, if you cant have access to your main email this isnt my issue, it is your system's issue. the calls I got are many and nothing with a proper solution or response. I even get calls on Fridays and Saturdays, considering they are weekends i do not think it is the right time to call me, just to probably again say we are working on the investigation. which I have had almost 2 weeks of these calls. Now I am fed up, I have had so many complaints, their guys dont take complaints seriously, they dont have any manage above their suppliers and if you really need this thing you are buying, use a different source or spare yourself the hassle and go buy it at least you will make sure you get a right item, not broken, packed properly, checked that it is working, and most of all not used before till its burnt out and repacked for you.

I do not understand the policy. The delivery guys just press delivered option as he reaches the doorstep without our acknowledgement. Some of the items I returned are also marked as delivered. Noon is not ready to return the money back. They can check with the delivery boy. Not at all trustworthy. First experience but disappointing experience.
