They delivered the item to SMSA collection point and texted me to go and collect the item from SMSA. My order should be delivered to my home address.

Noon products: Never trust what is shown and what is being delivered. Have returned an item ordered online, product looks fake and different from what has been delivered. Returned credit was 20dhs less amount. Credit used for another purchase, same issue... for an sketchpad advertised as 100pages product delivered 50pages. Sticker wall mirror shows lifesize but actual size delivered is just 1meter on top of that bogus mirror is broken. No review on noon to alert customers, so its a continuous duping of customers. After this purchase of disappointments, im closing noon account and deleting their app. Forget that noon ever existed!

Finally they sent me the phone on Dec 31st (astronomical sale 97% off on Galaxy note10) i really happy with the service provided..... Every thing i brought it from Noon.com I recommend Noon to everyone.

I have made an order on December 24th and the order was approved. However, on January 2nd I received a message that the order is cancelled because item out of stock. It took 9 days to find out that. This is my first order with this website and it is horrible. No respect to a customer at all

I made a review on 31 Dec about the horrible exp I had with noon. I got the usual feedback from the noon customer care team to drop a message in fb/twitter, so that they can better their service in future.. hahaha, There is no future my dear friends.. I have provided my email address and they wish to just respond to the review with some comments with no actions.... Best of luck for your future..

Finally after a long back and forth, noon.com fulfilled my order (astronomical sale 97% off on Galaxy note10). They sent me the phone on December 31st and i really appreciate how they handle my complaint (although they shouldn't let customer experience this type of experience at the first time)

Totally unhappy on my first time purchase with Noon. Was delivered a poor quality dress that was not as mentioned in their website and the fit wasn't good too. Very poor quality cloth for the price paid and was mere waste of time. Will never again make a purchase from Noon.

Noon is the worst e-commerce site in my experience. They change the policies based on their convenience. No ethical values. Customer service was very bad as well. I had a gift coupon with clear t&c and they changed it based on their convenience. Waited and wasted 8 days with no actions from noon side. Horrible experience

Why is noon customer service level a BIG FAILURE.. We have been trying to list a range of products for the past 6 months and gave up + put our focus on Amazon and Mumzworld... NOON should really take some lesons ...

Noon is the worst e-commerce site in my experience. They change the policies based on their convenience. Customer service is another horrible experience. Overall the frustration level caused by noon was to a different level. I had a gift coupon, which clearly stated the terms & conditions and the noon team just added more t&c based on their convenience.

Noon has come up with False advertisement and delaying delivery of product. Noon and master card advertise Astronomical sale claiming 97% off and now they are yet to deliver Samsung Note10 mobile. When i contacted them on 28th, they said it will be delayed When i contacted them on 29th, they said it will be shipped shortly and Today i contacted them, they have to cancel my order ?? so the mastercard offer is total scam ?

During the astronomical sales that noon and MasterCard advertised on December 26 I purchased a note 10 with the 97 percent off .It was supposed to be delivered on December 28 but now it's delayed and I don't know if they will ever send it. If noon and MasterCard won't fulfil their campaigns why make it?

I will recommend this app to every person!!! It's the best online shopping store and has the best customer service. Every month I order many things from noon and it's quality products and customer service have never disappointed me. This is the second time in a row to cancel my order after paying because it is out of stock. The last time was the worst because I had a limited time because of traveling and I lost some days as I could purchase the same item from another dealer. It takes 7-14 days to return the money. I cannot find any reason to show that an item is available when it is out of stock!!

I had multiple incidents with noon, each one worst than the last, im not gonna mention the delivery issues, i don't know why noon drivers don't deliver the item to doorstep, and when asked they say its the company policy, they force you to stay put at your place for hours because the driver doesn't know when exactly he is going to be there, there are no in store pickup, or anything I also had a couple of issues with items returns, also with quality, i bought the apple airpods 2 ( 2019 ) and when i got them it was faulty, the voice wasn't clear and the mic was really damaged,

Never buy from Noon, warranty won't be possible. I have brought a iPhone device from Noon.com, within two days time the charger burned and reported to noon , then the replay was it could be due to refurbished device which comes with duplicate accessories and the device was in within 14 days return period hence they asked to send entire product itself as the option of replacing part is not possible, though tried escalating it to get only the charged replaced nothing worked and I given up the follow up from my end. Later found that the screen sensor of the phone doesn't work, while the 14days return time was elapsed, I have decided to go for warranty claim. (Note that the seller is noon itself), 19th Dec I HV requested for claim, the are behind me with multiple prerequisite like pics of the device, serial number etc, after providing these info, now they say Findmyphone is active. Though it was turned off from device and my iCloud doesn't shows it in the account they still see it from their end it seems. Looks they don't want to entertain any warranty and want the customer to give up. Ref my iCloud screen shot.
