Never buy from Noon, warranty won't be possible. I have brought a iPhone device from Noon.com, within two days time the charger burned and reported to noon , then the replay was it could be due to refurbished device which comes with duplicate accessories and the device was in within 14 days return period hence they asked to send entire product itself as the option of replacing part is not possible, though tried escalating it to get only the charged replaced nothing worked and I given up the follow up from my end. Later found that the screen sensor of the phone doesn't work, while the 14days return time was elapsed, I have decided to go for warranty claim. (Note that the seller is noon itself), 19th Dec I HV requested for claim, the are behind me with multiple prerequisite like pics of the device, serial number etc, after providing these info, now they say Findmyphone is active. Though it was turned off from device and my iCloud doesn't shows it in the account they still see it from their end it seems. Looks they don't want to entertain any warranty and want the customer to give up. Ref my iCloud screen shot.

To much bad experience with noon.com Because I buy cell phone from this organisation but to much bad quality after using so i say all in one be careful.

I booked a phone before one week. It is supposed to be delivered 3 days back. When i called customer care, they told it will be delivered in another 2 days. But today morning they told we are canceling your order. They cancelled my order without my acceptance. If they don't have stock they should not book. At least they should have informed in a day or two. After a week they are saying out of stock. Refund also they are delaying. I felt very bad about wasting time and showing things which is really not in stock. I lost belief on this website.

They falsify their sale everytime, today they had 97% off on selected items and that was lie, even the smaller percentage items are priced same as they were before the sale. Amazon is selling the same products same price without putting a sale logo on their items. To me personally it's totally unethical selling.

Noon advertised for 97% discount using MasterCard on solar eclipse is a fraud. I was the one to click it as the deal went live instead of taking it to the cart it took it wishlist and then it will not process it. after a few minutes I would say its not a good practice to lure customers. Atleast be ethical when you promise something

Noon become platform for selling fake product under big brands name. Purchased 2x Samsung headphones and got confirmation from Samsung authorized service that it is 100% fake and returned both of them. I did not expect that from Noon.

Got what I ordered, the delivery was extremely fast got the package the very next day. The only problem I had that I received no call before the delivery (if I had not been home or something) and the the outer box was damaged which didn't bother me but what if it was to be gifted. Other then that I was completely satisfied.

Worst online store!!! Ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter and they cancelled after three days saying it's out of stock. Why on earth would you have the item listed on your website if it's not in stock? They don't even have the courtesy to offer an alternative.

I give one star because the minimum possible rating is one star. The customer service is PRETTY BAD. It has already been 3 WEEKS since I requested to return the product, yet NO ONE has contacted me. They promise again and again in the email, that someone from the team will contact me soon, which unfortunately NEVER happens. Should I know the returning process is such EXTREMELY HARD, I shall never choose this company.

Noon is a terrible company with unresponsible managers. I have ordered a few shoes and they have been canceled because they are out of stock. Is this a reasonable reason to cancel an order? If the products were out of stock why did noon accept my order? Once a customer places an order that order needs to be delivered no matter what. Everything else is the company's resposibility and no one elses.

The only way I started to shop at noon instead of my trusted Amazon in the first place was because of the free delivery. It was ideal especially if you only need to order 1 item. But now they charge 10AED per shipping as well, so back to Amazon I went. Much more items to choose from, same shipping price, more reliable customer service. It really is a no-brainer. Noon is now trying to kick out Amazon in the UAE, so they can monopolize the online market with inflated prices. Uh-uh. Noon has a lot to learn on a multi billion dollar company like Amazon.

I order 2 items and i receive first item which is the original price is 19.95 derham and i paid 39.95 derham better if i receive both which is 108derham price but for one items and i pay double i not satisfied.

I made a complaint for my phone which i bought on noon. The response of the team Yasmin and Samer was amazing they took less than 24 hrs to sort out my complaint and turn my experience into a much better one.

THE WORST SERVICE, THE WORST COMPANY, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVVVVEEEEER! I bought a mobile with a faulty camera. After a month, the item was still not repaired (its under warranty!) & I asked for my money back. Loads of calls with no one returning calls for updates until I posted a bad review! Then they all of a sudden got interested in following up! Instead of returning my money, Noon now wants to give me a store credit but I NEVER WANT YOO BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY EVERY AGAIN! DOES THIS MEAN THAT I WILL LOOSE MY HARD EARNED MONEY JUST BECAUSE NOON DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW TERRIBLE THEY ARE & THAT I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM EVER EVERY AGAIN?? SHAME ON YOU NOON!!! SHAME ON YOU! I WILL POST MY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH NOON EVERY DAY until I get my money back, not your store credit which means NOTHING to me! Noon deserves 0 RATING! 1 IS 1 TOO MUCH!

I ordered Google Chromecast ultra from noon (KSA) 5 days ago. I received my order today but they gave me a cheap Chinese knock-off instead. The supplier was named "ursmart". I am utterly disappointed in the service provided by noon. The suppliers on noon should be checked by noon to ensure incidents like these dont happen. I am buying from noon not the supplier directly so the onus to provide quality product falls on noon. Now i have raised a request for return and refund on noon but i have no idea how long will it take or whether it will happen or not.

They promise express delivery, the item doesnt arrive on time. U call them every day to get an update, they have no answer at all. Finally ur product is sent back to the seller without any notifications and you have to wait 14 to 30days to get a refund. In which world are they living?! Never order from them!

Dear Team, Please be informe that I received the package but it was the wrong color. I called and askes for replacement or advance refund so that I can place a new order again. However, the agent and supervisor is not helpful. I would like to file a complain with Meena one of your Supervisor in which he keeps on repeting himself and sounds robotic. He even frequently ask what I want in which it irritates me. Lastly, I requested to connect to the survey so that I can leave feedback but he disconnect the call.
