Noon is the work online shopping app ever visited in my life, poor quality of items, extremely delayed delivery. Most of the items are duplicate, recently i purchased 2 iphones and sadly both of them are duplicate.

I ordered this order NAEBB0052338612 "the smart home vaccum cleaner ,it stated clearly that the robot is doing moping and sweeping , however when it came it wasn't doing these functions , and actually i ordered this items because of this function , really unhappy with how you are inaccurate in the descriptions .

Hi, I purchased a Samsung A50 from noon at a price but similar to Amazon. However due to my previous bad experience with noon the customer care manager requested to give noon a chance to prove themselves, hence I order from noon. The recieved product was good although the phone started giving some unusual troubles within months and being under warranty I tried for a warranty repair claim which was accepted. But the miscommunication between the team cost me a lot of time as they closed my warranty claim without any action and the after 7 days of escalation noon arranged the collection. To make matter worse the phone was returned to me after 10 days WITHOUT ANY REPAIR ACTION PERFORMED. No personnel called me before sending the phone back. I lost almost 3weeks trying to convince the team regarding my trouble without a phone but noon was least bothered. Ideally this was a clear and proven mistake from noon which was well acknowledged and hence noon should have immediately arranged an exchange piece for me. But the warranty Manager Abraham seem to be against an exchange even after what I had faced and asked for the phone to be sent for repair again. The time lost is not honored. Additionally I was forced to purchase a new phone as I needed same badly. Due to noon I was at a loss of additional expense and hence I shall be raising a complain with the UAE government customer rights department. The after sales services are very poor. Suggest to avoid getting electronic gadgets from noon as slight lower price may tempt customers but you end up much more at a later stage. I have sent by phone for a possible repair again and awaiting return, however the damage has already been done for me and I will not be more be a customer for noon. Note:I communicated both on phone and emails. Had requested for a callback from someone who has the authority. I was told to be called within 4 hours which took more than 2 days.

Ordered my items during Black Friday promotions, upon check out i recived extra discounts. However, Post card payment process I recived a website error message. This happened twice. Now I’m charged twice for same items and it never reached me

Ordered a Galaxy Note 10+ for birthday, the seal had another seal underneath it that had been tampered. We specifically paid a bit more and made sure that the supplier was 'NOON' and not an unknown merchant listing on Noon as we wanted to avoid this. We thought that since Noon is affiliated with Emaar we could trust this brand and that we would not experience this. We're very dissapointed with our purchase. We spent a lot of money for a genuine, latest and new phone. We got a tampered phone. We predict we'll get an auto response of "Hi , we are extremely sorry about the shopping experience you've had with us. We assure you that this isn't the experience we intend to provide. I was about to order Samsung Note 10+ 2 No's as it's in good price but after reading all the comments I don't want to spoil my hard earned money and time with noon. Thanks guys for reviews it really helps others.

I ordered the perfume mankind Kenneth kole perfume, it seems not original , bcoz the same product I purchased outside its very effective and long lasting, but this one there is no effect at all, i thing something wrong with that.

I ordered a galaxy note 8 with so much excitement yesterday and when i received the product today i found that the items like charger had scratches on it and was fake chinese low quality charger, the back panel of the phone had a small gap between the frame which shows it was refurbished. Even the s-pen nib and tools which should be normally included in the pack was missing and the case which comes with fresh pack phones were missing. In the site it was no where mentioned that the phone was refurbished or something. I demand the paid cash to be refunded to my bank account directy. I don't need noon credits. Also now i am forced to return the accessories i bought for the phone. Worst experience ever happened. When i compared the phone with my brothers i even found that the phone was fake. It had less weight and the charging port was little smaller in phone which i got from noon. I think it's completely fake.

If i had a option to give a rating lessen than 1 would have been more happy to do so. Worst service ever i had in my life, from the customer service dept to their escalation dept false promises and misleading information. Will make sure will never deal with this company any more. Totally not recommended.

Just purchased 2nos of samsung a20s and got delivered today. And to my surprise the box dint have anythin in english and there was no headset in both the boxes. Which clearly proves it is not a original samsung phone. And i am really shocked that noon is selling such fake goods through their resellers which is apparantly illegal in uae. And when contacted customer service,there is no option for replacement and only refund option available and that too as noon credits which is not at all acceptable. I request others not to buy electonic goods through noon.

I bought a laptop that i never received because it was out of stock and not available in the stores after I ordered it !!!! Then after 15 days of waiting I requested to get my money back and add it to noon wallet now im waiting for another week to do that , i have mailed noon care , called noon customer service, but unfortunately nothing is happening, im really disappointed and not happy with the service at all .

I recently placed an order which included 9 items. I used my noon credit to pay for it and applied a discount code. The noon credit and discount code were distributed among the items accordingly. Today, I received a call from a Noon agent informing me that one item amounting to AED 28.00 was cancelled. Subsequently, they have credited back AED 19.96. I asked them that I will place a new order. However, a new delivery fee shall be applied on this order. I just don't get it. If I made the cancellation on my part, I would certainly pay for the new delivery fee yet it was Noon who cancelled the item. I suggest that you label the items which are currently out of stock from the website. Or ask an inconvenience fee from the supplier/merchant selling it for the late information since the items is being ordered in advance. Otherwise, don't charge a delivery fee this type of incident. That is how an excellent customer service delivered. Try to re-asses this matter and aim for improvement. Thanks!

I bought a Samsung Galaxy note 8 Dual Sim from noon on Nov. 24th and received it next day. When I opened it, I found these problems: 1. Headset not Samsung brand 2. Booklet clearly noticeable that it's copy (the quality of ink) 3. The mobile it self when I start it It takes me directly to the main menu which is not the case with the original mobiles. All these points shows that the mobile is not an original. I called the customer service and did a complain and they confirm that from what I said it seems to be not an original item. They proposed to proceed with the return process which will take 48h for collection and 48h for inspection then they will credit my account with the point and I have to call again to ask them to transfer the money to my account which will take from 2 to 4 weeks. Very bad customer service. They don't care about the customer. It will be the first and last time that I will order from noon.

After-sale support is really bad. I ordered an item and received a completely different one, then I had submitted a return request. It's been 6 days over, till now, no one has come to collect the item. my colleague also going through the same situation. Whenever we call their customer care center, they ask us to wait another 72 hours. This is complete nonsense.

I found a deal of Tide 9kg bag x 2 for AED 58.80 on noon, made a purchase of 9 orders for which I must be receiving 18 bags of Tide. Now Noon is calling me and saying that they cannot fulfill the order even though the supplier is noon for the same product on their website or app. I would say Noon does not honor the deals which they advertise on their website.
