Very bad means veryyyy bad I ordered iPhone11 HK specs in noon 4 days back and they gave me a china spec with 5wat charger and it’s for sure it’s not orginal iPhone charger 100% Fake charger IMPORTANT Everyone plz check the also (customers) noon will say that the spec will be HK and in the invoice it will be China I didn’t accept this from noon and when I spoke with the customer care they told me that it will take nearly 3 days after that they willl call (maybe) and they will check after all when I am going to get ?and how can you guys say for three days we are giving u money and we should stand according to your plan and statergy? And you have cheated Sorry to say

There is no customer service or quality assurance... I called them 5 times just to return an order for 2 weeks.... No good

I am having a terrible return experience with noon. I bought a tablet. Upon receiving, i ran basic tests on it and found out that the item was fake. I filed a return request immediately. Since then, it's about two weeks and I'm struggling for even someone to pick the item from me. I complained three times on WhatsApp and once through call center but all my complains are met with a deaf ear. Pathetic service, please avoid buying from noon

I bought a Siemens washing machine IQ300 on Noon, and received an old item, without any formal invoice issued by Siemens only a handwriting paper. I called the seller immediately, he said he doesn't care, ask me to call the police. The Noon service can't help anything. Can't believe they can selling old fake machine online. Very disappointing. Never buy anything from Noon.

I have been cheated by Noon.com They gave me a fake product and now refuse to take it back. Their team is very rude and are not customer focus. I will be taking this matter up with the authorities.

I purchased a branded item Even prior purchase i had a chat with noon customer service and they did confirmed that its 100% authentic I received an unbranded item (different item) When i did call them to return they kept promising to return But after 2 weeks i received a call from noon informing me that they cant do the return it was their mistake but they cant do a return cause it was a non returnable item (hardware)

Sadly have a bad experience with Noon. Got different size for my ordered Ray Ban sunglasses. Filled a return and was picked up next day. Still 6 days passed and no refund although they have policy of 48 hrs refund. Everyday I keep calling and get the same stupid reply of asap. They keep fooling people around. Looting their money. Extremely unsatisfied with the service and response. Wont even feel like giving a half star to them.

ORDER NO - NAEBB0076454199 Package was slight open and the order was delivered to different person without confirmation. The delivery associate (Contact no. 0554690907) was unprofessional and rude upon asked an explanation. Please do not send/hire such delivery associate as they are not professional.

Noon fools the customer, by giving discounts in sale and then deliver the wrong and cheaper items to the customer. When customer raise a concern. They ask to return the item and buy the same item at higher price. They have pathetic customer care

I was just trying the $10 trail and they charged me $109 for a subscription. and said the wont refund my money.. I feel like I've been scammed!! Don't sign up for the trial!!!

One of the worst online stores in the region. They don't have any proper customer care responses and have to call thousand times just to register one complaint. Even the complaint also will be in vain. The delivery guys have no credibility if you get your item delivered you are lucky. Ordered one item and got a call from the delivery guy and informed going to deliver the item at office on holidays. He was not ready to hear to bring it after holiday. Finally the status shows item delivered hope the delivery guy himself has stolen it. Many has complained about the authenticity of the products looks like another awoke in city So amazon is for thousand reasons. Never ever noon called many times and they only registering the complaint and assuring you will get a call within 6 hours and nobody called for days

I ordered iphone se in Thursday and got it in Friday and I found phone not working and can’t turn on ,in the same day I request for return and they informed me they will send courier In the next 48 hours and now I received message saying pickup request for return has been rescheduled for requested date , I don’t request any date. Amazon for tons of reasons : Better customer service. Better prices. Easier to return products if faulty. Faster delivery time with prime. And if they miss delivery they make up for it. More realiable sellers. Access to US items with prime free shipping. Amzon made souq a better platform and I am they happy they bought it Noon on the other hand has faster standard delivery but otherwise the total opposite of the above mentioned points . They still host tons of fake and unreliable sellers . They cancel your orders and keep the money in their wallet not back to your credit card . They play any trick in the book to get your cash . On my last order during black friday I ordered a discounted item that was never delivered. I recieved a cancel message that not available with other sellers (which was not true. The price just went up and they don't want to bare the cost) I have used Amazon over the last few months buying phones, tablets, accessories, perfumes, etc . I never had an issue. Yet on the other hand one single order from noon that was partially delivered/canceled. What an irony. Lol

I order xiomi air dot once i received it yesterday i found it is fake i want to replace with orginal one but when i checked noon return the product but no replacement with the same value i purchased so sad now when i check the left ear bud is not charging and not able to call even please hepl and let me know if you can replace the same with orgingal air dot with mic
