Amazed by the quickest delivery i have ever seen in my life in e commerce. I ordered a product online at midnight, last night and trust me in morning at 10 i got a message my product is out for delivery, and yes i got it within 24 hours... wonderful!

One of the worst online stores in the region. They don't have any proper customer care responses and have to call thousand times just to register one complaint. Even the complaint also will be in vain. The delivery guys have no credibility if you get your item delivered you are lucky. Ordered one item and got a call from the delivery guy and informed going to deliver the item at office on holidays. He was not ready to hear to bring it after holiday. Finally the status shows item delivered hope the delivery guy himself has stolen it. Many has complained about the authenticity of the products looks like another awoke in city So amazon is for thousand reasons. Never ever noon called many times and they only registering the complaint and assuring you will get a call within 6 hours and nobody called for days

I ordered iphone se in Thursday and got it in Friday and I found phone not working and can’t turn on ,in the same day I request for return and they informed me they will send courier In the next 48 hours and now I received message saying pickup request for return has been rescheduled for requested date , I don’t request any date. So take care of this product and noon. My return request is RNAEBC00703068

Amazon for tons of reasons : Better customer service. Better prices. Easier to return products if faulty. Faster delivery time with prime. And if they miss delivery they make up for it. More realiable sellers. Access to US items with prime free shipping. Amzon made souq a better platform and I am they happy they bought it Noon on the other hand has faster standard delivery but otherwise the total opposite of the above mentioned points . They still host tons of fake and unreliable sellers . They cancel your orders and keep the money in their wallet not back to your credit card . They play any trick in the book to get your cash . On my last order during black friday I ordered a discounted item that was never delivered. I recieved a cancel message that not available with other sellers (which was not true. The price just went up and they don't want to bare the cost) I have used Amazon over the last few months buying phones, tablets, accessories, perfumes, etc . I never had an issue. Yet on the other hand one single order from noon that was partially delivered/canceled. What an irony. Lol

I order xiomi air dot once i received it yesterday i found it is fake i want to replace with orginal one but when i checked noon return the product but no replacement with the same value i purchased so sad now when i check the left ear bud is not charging and not able to call even please hepl and let me know if you can replace the same with orgingal air dot with mic

it is a really great app, and i have been ordering from it for the past year. i’ve never received anything fake or whatsoever because i always double check the seller. almost all of my shoes, perfumes and makeup are from noon and they’re all 100% legit. usually shipments to saudi arabia take longer but not in noon and i appreciate that, the shipping on black friday was really fast, even faster than normal days, i used to get my orders in 12h or 24 max.

Frankly, there are some sellers who don't provide the same product they advertise - but from my experience, noon has always been compliant with their pickup and return policy. I am shocked to see people rating the platform at 1 or 2 stars. It is a great platform with so much potential!

NAEBC0061022311 As usual customer support doesn’t do anything to expedite a resolution to the issues customer facing. I got a phone call that They will return a pock up yesterday or today but they don’t know exact time or any other information neither they have a confirmation that picking up will happen but it is expected. This require that I should remain at home till they finish their working hours in 10 pm ( this is what they advised)!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very bad company.

I had requested for one item return. But they are saying that as per their return policy the cash of the product will be credited as Noon credits which is totally unacceptable. Either they should ask the customer or they can directly refund the particular amount to the original payment source.

This is nothing to do with NOON… its the suppliers that are not good!! Maped 3-Piece Connect Eraser And Sharpener Set Multicolour Model Number: MD30 AED 9.00 (Inclusive of VAT) Sold by Sea Waves Stationery The picture shows that the item includes a Refill pack. What I got was only the eraser and sharpener in a plastic packet that was very clearly sealed by hand. Have asked for a return. However, this process is time consuming wasted process just because suppliers are trying to cheat. Why can the supplier not advertise the product correctly? Now the credit will sit in my account till I want to use AED 18... I should get a full cash refund from the supplier.

tommee tippee Closer To Nature Feeding Bottle, 260 ml, Pack Of 2, For 3-8 Months - Sold by I-store Purchased this on5th December 2019.. The heading very clearly states for 3-8 months. The minimum age for the product in the specifications says 3months. The image put for the product is 0+ months...I got a 0+ months product.. I am leaving the country tonight and have no time to return the product... This is now a useless product for me.. Why cannot the suppliers get their facts right?

Noon is worst online shopping app you’d ever use. I’ve bought an iPhone SE and the time I received the item instantly I unpacked the phone to find out it is a used mobile phone not a brand new and even is not in a working condition it doesn’t power on. I filed a complaint the same day to get more surprised that I have to wait 48 hours minimum to arrange a return pick up. Which didn’t happen and when I called them they informed that I have to wait 72 hours extra until they arrange a pickup for their defected item. And so far Im still waiting. Worst experience and a fraud and misleading to customers. Worst customer support ever. My order Number is (NAEBC0061022311).

Purchased an order and I was expecting to deliver it on time, unfortunately after 3 days I haven’t received any. Poor customer service they cannot do something on the issue how come that they have a customer service representatives if those people cannot to any action. No supervisor how can they operate without supervisor around.

Noon don't accept returning an item because its packaging ( noon package ) is not their .. the item is fully not used and the ticket and bar code is on it .. I found that its not acceptabe from an online shopping platform to frustrate their customers like that
