Poor service They don't supply what you order and this happened the second time. I will not again order from them.

worst customer service ive experienced in a long time. bought an iphone and contacted customer support just to verify that it was a brand new iphone considering it was cheaper than usual, and i was told that it was BRAND NEW. come to find out once it had been delivered that it was a replacement iphone and didn't even come with the original charger/earphones. i tried multiple times to talk to customer service about what was wrong with it and no one understood anything. (i did eventually return it after waiting a long time for a courier to come pick it up). I also asked customer support to tell me how to leave a review, to which they replied that i couldn't because they were having 'technical difficulties'

Terrible app! Save your money! There was no help whatsoever and I paid $100 plus for nothing! What a waste or money! I asked the coach to help me create a simple meal plan to lose weight. She provided no help. All she says is “write down what you eat”.. “how do you feel you did” If I am supposed to do all the analysis what is your job???

Extremely inefficient and worst customer service ever. Twice my products have not been delivered on time and the worst thing is when your order is delayed, the customer support person would not bother telling you the new ETA. I ordered carpet on 13th Jan which was supposed to be delivered by 17th JAN as per the website. On 17th Jan I get a message saying there will be a delay. After several calls and live chat (I was told on Thursday I will get a call back in 1 hour which never happened), and 3 days later, I am told the carpet is out of stock. It took them ONE WEEK to realize this item was out of stock. Every customer service person I have spoken to reads out the rule book and "process" to me which is hardly any help. Jadopado.com was such a brilliantly managed website. Horrible experience and after one week of high blood pressure, all I will get back is refund of my money

I recived a message from the seller that the item got rejected due to wrong design.the design the seller actually sent was requested by me.today I had contacted your live support no-one was ready to understand I told them the design sent is different from the picture in my order because I have requested the seller on call that please send me a different Design instead of what I ordered but your live support could not understand.it is a birthday gift to my mother just because of noon my whole birthday surprise got ruined.and now I have cancelled the order. I am really angry with noon.com and disappointed.

Its was my first time ordering here and I was amaze how the jordan shoes was priced less. I was a little bit scared cause it was delayed for 2 days and the reviews online are not that good. But i was happy to see that the item is original. I would like to suggest noon mgmnt to carefully give the correct delivery dates so customer will not be upset and put a positive or negative feedback from the buyer to rate the seller. so customer will know how the seller is doing business. Thanks for the shoes. Im happy at the end but pls improve more. :-)

DNT ORDER SHOES What a cheap company I bought a high heel and for the two times they brought it in an extremely bad conditions ripped from the bottom my advice is to keep your money in your bank instead of wasting it on them

They force you to use their program for 6 months if you are happy or not. It is a very basic program easily found at google. Just search for health habits. Don't even do the trial. Such a waste! I Was charged $199. The phone I original did the trial on broke down 2 days before the end of the trial. I forgot to cancel and got scammed. I would not mind to pay for it if it was a good program but it is definitely not. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! NOOM IS JUST AfTER MONEY. TERRIBLE!!!

Stay away from this company. Three times in a row I have ordered things and I have been told that items are out of stock. If the problem was with one item and one supplier I would understand, but to have the same issue with three different items and suppliers is outrageous. The customer service guys are polite but the system is totally falling apart. If an item is not in stock, why does Noon advertise it, take the money and then discover that it is out of stock?! Their excuse was that they do not have the items in their stores but rely on suppliers to provide the items and it is those suppliers that are the cause of the problem! Well, Amazon have no stores at all, also rely on suppliers from all over the world. Yet not once have they failed us or given us any silly excuse. Amazon is the largest online shopping company in the world. We never had issues with orders from them. I will never deal with Noon again.

I would never recommend this such disgusting online shop. they've just canceled my order due to out of stock and until now I didn't received the refund amount. There driver is so much in drama, in-short lazy.

DO NOT ORDER HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER HERE! - NOON SUPPLIES USED ITEM/ FACTORY REJECTS! - WORST DELIVERY! - RUDE COURIERS! - LASTLY, THEY CANCEL YOUR ORDER AND PUT THE MONEY IN THEIR NOON CREDITS. YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK AND IT WILL TAKE THEM FOR AS LONG AS A MONTH TO GET IT BACK! NOON IS A FRAUD! DO NOT BUY HERE!

I ORDERED AN ITEM AND AFTER A FEW DAYS IT WAS CANCELLED DUE TO "OUT OF STOCK" WHY DO I HAVE TO CALL FOR THE MONEY BACK? AND CALL AGAIN FOR TRANSFER OF NOON CREDITS? PLEASE MAKE IT AN AUTOMATIC REFUND.

Speedy and efficient service. Some items were not available, I was offered alternatives immediately. When I declined my refund was immediately issued and credits added to my account. All phone calls from customer care were super friendly, helpful and polite, too!

I purchased an lg oled tv The price mentioned was 2999 aed After paying the amount the item did not ship for 7 days . purchased on 27th dec -not shipped till 3rd jan . after which i am told that the product is out of stock. Now for the refund i am supposed to wairlt for 14-30 days.

Worst service ever! We bought 2 Bose headphones because of the next day delivery promise. Got a text message and website update saying the item was shipped. We waited the whole day in the house, and NOTHING was delivered. When we called their customee service the next day, the rep said the item hasn’t even left the warehouse yet. What?! Now we’re still waiting for another call to schedule yet another delivery date. Should’ve just picked the headphones directly from the Bose shop in the mall! Noon, can you take off your massive adverts on buildings everywhere and spend your money on a better courier first?

Ordered Glasses on the 24 Dec. Expected delivery time = 28th Dec. I used a coupon to get a 120 AED discount. On the 30th Dec, I email Noon asking the status of the delivery. They then replied saying the glasses were out of stock - my funds will be credited into my noon wallet for use on future purchases. I looked on the website for more suppliers of the same style. There was only the original supplier who was out of stock - "vision boutique". They were still showing the same product. When I contacted noon again through the website chat, the chat person said that 'yes, these glasses are in stock and that I can order them again' When I went to order, the discount code is no longer valid and the website chat person could not help. Long story short, if you use a coupon code, they will cancel the order so that your coupon becomes invalid. You will now have to pay full price for an item. Further, they will try to keep your funds in the 'noon wallet'. I have now asked for a refund to my bank, we will see how long that takes.
