I have very bad experience with noon, 1 order 1st time year ago, and they provide me wrong item i request them to change it, as my flight in few days, that they totally refused as said this is not our policy as 1st we get return your product than we will review it, after that you will get money at your noon wallet, 2nd time again i ordered listed product and received wrong item, but after arguing i get payment in 5 days but still on wallet, Now i order one item 3 weeks ago and i get an item which totally different thing, as i order item for my drone and received tablet case, i raise a query, but from past 16 days same, sorry sir you will get money with in 48 hours, i don't know when these 48 hours will end, my return request no is RNAEC500976004

I had a very bad experience with noon, I ordered an item and I received a wrong one. Once I contacted them they said that we will refund you two days after we will pickup the return items, and someone from customer service with this number (0529831980) to arrange the day of pick up as I confirmed it to her, suddenly in the same day of pick up I received a message that Noon change the date of pick up, when I asked the same person, she informed me that may be they don’t have time to come to you. If I told you guys that they are unprofessional it is a small thing, really day by day I understand that I made a big mistake in my life when I decide to use their Marketplace . We are not available always only for noon they should respect the time giving to the customers, instead to solve a problem by buying an item and being an happy customer we paying money to waste time and money for being unhappy with unprofessional team and bad website ever. #Amazon is the best

Noon is the worst website, I am having a bad experience with them, and please guys do not order from them, especially they don’t have the replacement in case of seller mistake. So be careful in this point and even I made complaint still now no body even try to contact and still send me we will contact you soon I don’t why. They are thinking about benefit not about customers, AMAZON IS THE BEST MARKETPLACE EVER NOON IS THE WORST . And their customer service is very poor they know only to stand to their customers a standard emails.THE EMAIL I RECEIVED TWICE SO TRY TO USE THE PHONE .

Really I don’t suggest anyone to shop from noon and still Amazon is the best 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. After I made a complaint recently and I follow for my complaint they only give me a missed call 🤣🤣🤣😊 and once I answered they hang up the phone. And they sent an email sorry we tried to reach you but we couldn’t is very ashamed really, guys make in your mind if someone order something like me and they send a wrong items you are the one who will pay the shipping fees for the next order they don’t have replacement only refund be Careful and their customer service 0 so make that in your mind before thinking to buy something from them.

Noon is the worst marketplace, I had a very bad experience with them, as I bought some items but I received a wrong item totally different from what I requested, when I contacted them to complaint. They surprised me when they said we will arrange to return the item and after 2 weeks we will transfer you the money back !!! Like I wasted the time to shop to get the money back !! And once the amount will be credited in noon wallet I can order the ltem if I wish with delivery charge !!!!!! The only option that they have return witch is refund money after two weeks even the mistake from their seller ! I made the complaint but unfortunately I didn’t receive an answer from them since 3 days, they called only to arrange the pick up of their item! They are promising to contact me soon but they don’t care for it, even I am planing to contact the uae customer rights,Really I never see like this in professionalism never and their service is sooo poor .

Noon online shop application provides poor service. I advised not to order from this application anymore so you will not hope and get headache. Even the customer service is lying. Not good at all. Dont order in noon anymore!!!!!

I'm tired of getting calls from customer service and hearing that someone else will call me with a solution to my problem, but noone does. The most unprofessional service, rude, lazy, delayed products, this company is a joke, stay away from them. I've only ever had terrible experiences with them. My biggest mistake was buying a phone from them, never again.

Noon.com is a complete cheat. Had purchased refurbished iphone 7plus from them online but the product they sent the battery was very bad and i asked to return it back. Their guy came and collected and told me that within 48hrs money will be refunded. Its been 6 days now and i have not received my money back. Have been calling them so many times but bloody they have only one answer that request will be resolved within 48hours. No idea which watch are they preferring to as their 48hrs has never come till date. I will never ever buy anything from noon.com at all. Now after reading this review they will reply that our team will get in touch with you which is never going to happen. Please guys never ever buy any hell thing from these cheaters. Amazon is the best

I've always had a good experience with Noon, therefore my complaint is not about Noon, but about the item I bought. I bought a set of Amal stainless steel pots, however, the entire pot would become hot. Handles of the pot aswell as the handles of the of the glass cover would become hot to the point where I'd need to use a cloth to open and close it or pick up the pot itself. After the first use, the sides of the pot burnt completely black, whereas the bottom of the pot stayed it's original silver color. It's almost as of the food gets cooked on the sides and not the bottom. It's very strange. Its labelled as stainless steel yet there are numerous water stains after the first wash, also very strange. The burnt black part on the sides is not easy to get out without damaging the pot with a hard scrub. I would not recommend this product to anyone as it seems its from another planet. I like cooking and never have i seen a pot's sides burn completely black without affecting the bottom. The pot is unusable now, as the food tastes like charcoal mixed with burnt plastic of some sort.

Dear Noon I will never ever buy anything from your site anymore. You are crooks. I ordered two uprights lights and I received them, but not the same model actually I ordered a specific model that I know and I received a totally different brand and different model. I placed an order for xi mi earphones and they did not even say it is out of stock , but refunded me after one month. I placed an order for another xi mi earsets, i received a different brand of earsets. I ordered a pill cutter, I received rubber gloves. khalas, no more business with you.

It is the worst website you can ever order from. I usually order online a lot of things-and always receive them in time or with a fair delay...not with Noon, their items NEVER arrived. After I followed up I was promised by one of their agents that the items will arrive next day. I stayed all day at home however no one came. When I called back they told me the order has been cancelled ?!?! Their agents keep lieing on the phone. They tell you items will be delivered the next day, and when you complain that they were not they promise you someone from customer care will reach you in the next 24-48 hrs however NO ONE ever does. It is the worst website ever where their operators lie to you on the phone continuously. When I called today the agent told me that actually there was no complaint on the file hence the previous agent lied when he told me someone would get in touch within 24-48 hours. I wish I had the time and patience to take this case to customer protection authority. I will start taking actions if they don't keep their word and refund me the money as they said, in 7-14 working days. After being lied to so many times by their agents I do not believe anything they say anymore.

I ordered a tripod and received it with a loose screw, so, I asked for a return and they apologized to me and told me that I can order it again once I receive my transferred money to my noon account, and the customer service said they won't send me a damaged product again, I trusted them and ordered it again, and I received AGAIN a damaged product, one of the tripod legs won't even stand still with very obvious low quality screws and even BROKEN. Don't you check the quality of the products you send to your customers ever? You just lost a customer that only shops online, I was going to make so many purchases from noon if it turned out well, but now I well highly recommend that no one deals with you, I will post my bad experience everywhere.

Recently I bought a mask branded living guard on the photos when ordered there was a knob or filter on the mask I received a different model without the ventilation knob. I have called noon 4 times and no resolution yet. In the confirmation letter of the order which came with the photo of the mask I ordered there is a filter. This I can use against them in a court of law. Now they have changed the photos on website but they are resisting and admitting their mistake. I caution everyone when dealing with this website.

it was OK experience with Noon. I used other platforms also. Delay for 1-2 days are normal, especially in this pandemic. But today, i got a call at 10 PM that my items will be delivered within 1 hour. So i wait 1 hour after i gave them my location only to got another called informing me the driver will go now. So i wait and at 00.00 i called him and got rejected. And now here i am complaining about the rude attitude and unprofessional driver. Who the hell delivered in midnight??

Honestly reading the reviews i thought that it was going to be bad but so far for what I have experienced isnt bad at all. My first delivery came pretty quick and so far i am having a great experience with noon. Definitely recommend.
