3 consecutive times order for same product delivered wrong item. No help from call center complaint raised , Whatsapp channel also mere a chatbot. No hope.

This website have brought me so much stress. It is extremely irresponsible leaving vendors listing up items that are not even accurate when delivered. I ordered a PS4 game and paid Cash so I had to pay an additional fee of AED 10. I paid a total of AED 103.40 I also had to wait a week for it to be delivered. When my package arrived I opened it immediately just to make sure it's the correct one or not damaged, I did this in front of the delivery driver, and to my surprise it wasn't the correct item. The driver refused to hand over back the money I gave him when I showed him this isn't what I ordered and he just told me that I should contact customer support. I didn't want to argue with him so I did what he told me. I returned the item the same day, but they told me my refund will take 2 days, they won't refund back your cash but NOON CREDITS instead, they won't even refund back the AED 10 fee So sadly I'll only be refunded a total of AED 93.40. The customer support don't feel like you're speaking to a person but an Auto text-machine instead. They also won't give a replacement if the item is wrong or damaged because it's not in their policy. What kind of policy is this!? I waited a week only to be delivered the wrong item, and I am not even getting my cash back. It feels like they just stole my money and I am left empty handed. Very upsetting experience and such a hustle. Once I spend the noon credits I'll never buy on this website again.

i had ordered for a smart watch on this date oct 27 which is supposed to be delivered on 31-10-19. but until today that is [5-11-19] is not delivered. there is no communication or any information about my product . can someone plese revert to this as soon as possible or take necessary action for the same. thanku TINIL POULOSE

i was not surprised 86.68 percent you got 1 star it means you have a very poor Quality of service, i never wonder why your express delivery could take a week before i can receive or it will take a month my expectation was high at first but disappointing on the delivery still i hope the item i can get is brand new not refurbished or any damage or else goodbye noon

I'm a regular customer of souq.com that turned to be an amazon now., i tried to order an item at noon which is express i thought i can get it the following day since it was express, so sad but i didn't get the item, their delivery man couldn't wait for the the time i told him and, on my end i noted it on my address since there is no option on the time delivery, where in souq.com they have option morning, mid-day or, at night. the issue is the delivery guy cannot wait until the given time i told him to so i can receive the item, while in morning till afternoon I will be at work. the reason i did not get the item because he deliver it earlier to the location i put on my address, but i noted that i will be available to that location to the given time on my address, noon never called about the confirmation of my order and they told me i change the location of my order that's why it cause the delay for more 3 working days omg... whats the use of express delivery this is so bad, i tried to contact them through whatsapp noon support its useless they told me they will deliver on the same day when i follow up again they give me another reason for the cause of the delay, i never experience this to souq or awok noon service is so bad not so helpful.

I have recently ordered products from noon, I had a bad experience where the product is paid for but the supplier don't have the stock, why does noon advertise the product, they allow you to pay , then they tell u the product is not available. I have ordered another product and non has been processing this order for the last couple of days, the Noon WhatsApp is not very helpful as I still did not get feedback on this product

I was a frequent buyer at souq.com until recently i heard of Noon. I wanted to order Airpods which were very cheap at Noon. So i decided to give Noon a chance as it is owned by a respectful and prominent business man, Mohamed Alabbar who also owns Emaar properties. I ordered 4 Airpods (2019) with Wireless Charging, and ALL OF THEM WERE FAKE, the seal packing was also very cheap and not what original airpods have. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED at NOON, as all the products which i ordered were sold by NOON and Not any other third party sellers. Should've sticked with Amazon. :/

I have purchased many electronic items from Noon. Amongst these were 3 laptops. The 1st one was a HP and something was loose inside. I returned it. The 2nd laptop was Dell and it arrived with loose screws and the back cover of the lid was pryed open. I returned it too. Finally the 3rd one arrived and it been working fine thus far. I also purchased an Xbox X from them which was advertised as being a Scorpio Edition model but when it arrived it was just the normal One X. Then I purchased a charge cable and battery for my Xbox controller. It was advertised as being an original Microsoft product but it was in fact a cheap fake Chinese copy. I bought a controller too and it looks like it might be a really good fake too. Their customer service department is very friendly and helpful but it is extremely irratating having to constantly return goods. I still buy non electronic items from them but I prefer going to stores like Lulus or Carrefour to buy electronics. I can rest assured that I am not being sold fake products when I shop at those stores. I am so tempted to buy some electronic gifts for my family from Noon because their prices are quite good but I'd rather pay extra at brick and morter stores and get genuine products.

There is no reviews on the items Some items does not have enough description If the item tagged "express" still slow shipping speed Items from same order shipped individualy, l got like 9 shipments for one order No pickup service, only home delivery Some items after you order they inform you its out of stock and its still showing in their website with stock

When i read abt noon's review i knew i messed up ordering but i ordered already my product which is consumable supplements.how such a big agency can play with someone health.when my order came the capsule were all damage inside the bottle and it was smelling some strong chemical.when i tried to search the product it seems like fake.it makes only 60 dhs difference if i bought it in pharmacy.very disappointing coz noon don't care abt customers health and good thing i cannot get my money back..well done noon.not gonna shop again but money i have in noon let see what they deliver.

I ordered one Bluetooth car kit and one M3 smart band together. I receive a packet I opened it packet have seen car kit only smart band packet have nothing packet already open band is missing. I never expected from noon.com the same time I canceled another order I worry about happened the same.

I ordered yesterday the oneplus 7t Pro, because it was around 150dhs cheaper than amazon. I received it super fast, (in 15h). BUT the phone is on the Chinese ROM. Which means no google apps, all chinese apps etc. Now I realize the price difference and why they removed the reviews from all their products. I requested a refund and will buy a clean one from Amazon. I will update this review positively or negatively if they refund me or not.

I purchased a Xiaomi scooter from noon.com. Only after it stopped working within 5 weeks did I realise the warranty period was just 30 days. Noon refuses to act so I took it for repair at my own expense... and here's the kicker, it is not repairable as, according to the repairer, it is not in fact a Xiaomi scooter, it is a fake. Will you act now, noon? Truly appalling.

Its very bad experience ordering from noon.com This is my case we ordered for express and expect to receive by the next day Customer Service is very bad in understanding english and they cancel our order without any consent from the buyer Delivery was lying that they contacted us and they said unsuccessful From this 2 stories are open from CS: they said it was cancel from delivery: they said they contacted us adn tried to deliver Both are not true I will not recommend this noon and they are very unprofessional over the phone

After I read those bad review, Now I am afraid to buy Iphone product using this apps. Id rather stay on Souq.com than to gamble my money to unsure apps.
