Its very bad experience ordering from noon.com This is my case we ordered for express and expect to receive by the next day Customer Service is very bad in understanding english and they cancel our order without any consent from the buyer Delivery was lying that they contacted us and they said unsuccessful From this 2 stories are open from CS: they said it was cancel from delivery: they said they contacted us adn tried to deliver Both are not true I will not recommend this noon and they are very unprofessional over the phone

After I read those bad review, Now I am afraid to buy Iphone product using this apps. Id rather stay on Souq.com than to gamble my money to unsure apps.

Bought a item. Items delivered half empty with broken seal pasted with tape. Though I had decent experience with noon in earlier delivery, this time it was terrible. How can they supply half empty bottle item seal broken which is taped to hide. Very very bad customer service.

I shop frequently on noon. Com. I am very satisfied with the quick delivery. So far I was not happy with the mobile screen protector, but I was allowed to return that and the amount was returned to my noon credit. I feel noon should allow the customers to rate the products, so far I haven't given any reviews as I have not found the link to write a review. customer ratings help to decide on the listed items.

Its worst experience i recived a lenovo k8 phone today. But surpise to see that its cheap chines phone inside the box and not orignal while used before as its asking for password to open the screen . I buy this phone to gift it to my little brother as i am going after 2 days to my countary while the customer care told me its will take 4 days to pick the phone from you for return . Its a horrriable experience .

very bad service confirmed my order took my money sent me a dispatch notice but then. They cancelled with out even getting back to me and when i complained they accused me of lying and i was not available to receive the product

order (NAEBA0091989561) is confirmed and is expected to be delivered by 2019-10-23. Order was placed on 12th October 2019 continued follow up with the customer service agent answered concern department will call you today.same answer getting everyday from the customer service agent but no one contact till today.

Reviews are not genuine. Reviews are scrapped from well known brand to some local cheap items. They are showing Apple AirPods reviews into some local items. https://www.noon.com/uae-en/in-ear-wireless-earphones-white/N20704460A/p?o=ce3d6b6ee788fa8c Where it is showing fully fake reviews.

They have very bad service, I'm waiting for my delivery for 2 weeks. until now they can not ship it, also customer service is very bad, sent an email regarding my shipment someone who called "Marissa", they even don't reply to my email followup. really really bad service, there are no options to rate below one star, because noon.com doesn't deserve at least one star.

They make it impossible to cancel the account and PayPal is not allowing me to cancel. There is fraudulent advertising of the product. They do not tell you that everything has extra fees.

I ordered a Timeless 20% C+E+ferulic Acid Serum , and i got a Timeless drop bottle with an orange juice in it? r they serious? , it's fake & it's for skin!!!!! what kind of skin care products do they sell? what about is the skin used it was a sensitive skin!!! BAD BAD BAD SERVICE , it's THE WORST TBH I WANT A REAL PRODUCT OR MY MONEY BACK !

Hi! I ordered for an I phone 7 plus and was wondering when I received it the box is not sealed and looks like second hand. When I tried to charge it it is blinking with the i phone logo only. How would this company would sell in the market such a damage product. My order number is NAEBA0068549686 I purchased Samsung A10s 2 pieces the Samsung is fine byt I phone is no seal and is not working. I purchased as a gift for my daughter and my flight is just 5 days away. They told me that I have only option to return and refund. It so disappointing. Reza

Very bad experience from noon.com, i ordered mi band 4 Chinese version with nfc (model number- XMSH08HM_CV) from noon on sep 25 (Order id- NAEB90007965539). I got the wrong product, they send me the wrong model(i received XMSH07HM). I returned the item and wait for the refund. Then after refunding, i placed the next order of the same item (order id-NAEBA0076141458), after they send me the order confirmation message, i contacted noon customer care and said that last time i received wrong product and i said the excat model number i want. Then 2nd time the product didn't ship after the expected delivery date. Then i contact noon customer care and finally i got the product and again i got the wrong product for the second time. Then i returned the item and wait for the refund and after i get the refund, i ordered it for the third time (order id- NAEBA0007222952) then for the third time, i got the wrong product. Now they are asking me to return the item.

I bought a perfume for my mother off of this website as a present, she received a bottle with a label that's falling off, and paint that has melted off the bottle with a scent that resembles nothing of the original perfume. Problem is they refuse to exchange as it is a non refundable item. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SCAM

I have been a regularly buying in noon for a year now and my experience has been so far so good, I had problems with a couple of products that were received different than in the description, but I returned and received the refund, return process was extremely easy. I would recommend it.
