If I could give it a minus rating I would. Order delayed for 7 days despite the items being in Dubai. Finally received after multiple irate calls to them —— boxes of items and books were damaged!!! Had to send it back and finally got my refund - I decided to order something with the credit —- again another item with a damaged box! Thankful I never have to order from them again! Worst customer service, worst delivery and horrible items!

Very bad service and providing false mouthwatering offers to make the booking. Once the booking has been completed then they will take their own time to deliver the products. @noon reference my order number NAEB300632517. Please dont misguide the people like this. Its the second time i am facing very bad support from noon.No compensation at all Looking forward to hear from Noon. Regards, Mibin

Placed an order on 9th March with a promised delivery date 13th March. Noon contacted me 12th March stating they were having trouble getting the item and needed a further 48 hours. Noon contacted me again on 19th March to cancel the order as it was not available!!! My original order had the Philips Hue Motion Sensor listed at AED 134.00 (a good price), this same item is shown as available on the Noon site now at AED 295.00!!! I'll leave you to decide what's going on here and how Noon operate!

I do not want to give them any star but unfortunately there is no option. Agree with most other review contributors, if possible NO STAR. Pathetic service and totally unprofessional behavior. The worst company to ever deal with! The customer service team is equally incompetent and worst ever with no subject knowledge and professional training .They have absolutely nothing to say except the regular script "I apologize", "I understand", "I assure" ... About 10 - 15 different agents had assured me that the request has been escalated and the item will be delivered on the assured date but the wait was really long in-spite of the repeated followups and calls and assurance. Delivery is the worst !!! I regret to say this is the worst experience I have ever had with an online portal company in Dubai and for the first time I felt the need to write a poor review because the experience has been so terrible. HORRIBLE SERVICE... DO NOT BUY FROM NOON... DO NOT ORDER HERE !!!!

Agree with most other contributors, 1 star is too generous. An item ordered on March 7, due for delivery on March 9 has still not arrived, March 18. Courier sends message its out for delivery in the morning and another one at night saying delivery failed. I have given a work address where I am present from 8am to 6pm every day and its a hotel so we are open 24/7. Your customer service team is very polite and about 10 different people have assured me that the order has been escalated and will be delivered same or next day....still waiting. This is the first time in my life I write a poor review (because the service has been so incredibly poor that I feel duty of care to other customers). Lets see if the saga finally comes to an end and I will receive my items? A courier finally managed to make a phone call after hours yesterday to say he was in the wrong part of town and could not make it - promising delivery today no later than noon....its now 5pm.

I ordered a product from noon.com on March 7 due for delivery on March 9. For 10 business days running the courier has been unable to deliver, no contact, no delivery. My address given is a work address, a hotel so there is no reason for this as I am here and present from 8 am to 6pm and we are open 24/7. I have been in contact with about 10 different people from your service centre who have assured me same or next day delivery. Its been 10 days now of unsuccessful deliveries. Last night finally a courier called me after hours 6:37pm saying he did not make it to to my location and would come today March 18 before noon - still not turned up. I must say this is the worst experience I have ever had with a online ordering company in Dubai (also the first time in my life I write a negative review) because I am so disappointed with the service.

I really do not want to give them any star but unfortunately there is no option. Their service is so pathetic and they are not committed to do the business. I have been following up from past 2 weeks to return a fake product and they are coming up with excuses everyday. Also there was delay in delivering the product. I’ll file a case with consumer rights with this regard as I am really fed up waiting for them to pick up the product every day.

Terrible Service. Seriously buy somewhere else, you'll waste your time. I ordered a bed frame and it was delivered after a week late at night plus there were no screws with it! Arranged for refund, They said it'd take a 14 days for payment refund. Pickup guys were rude, dropped the call while we were talking and they went to the location without notifying what time they are coming.

Too much costly Screen protector. Item that can be bought from market from 5 AED to 10 AED is going to sell at 21 AED. They did not warn me my trial period was about to end and will deduct $179 from my bank account. I did not like the app and intended to cancel but did not due to business at work. I contacted the help desk and first thing I read on their website is they do not refund, even though they just debited the money from my account. They are corporate greed at the best. I am living on noodles for the next two weeks and unlikely to use their app for the next four months. I didn’t like the app as it was too complicated and spammy, the coach sounded like a robot. I felt I was talking to a robot. Buyer beware. This is a greedy company. If companies like Afterpay can send reminders about bills, and they can spam my phone with food tips, they can send reminders about end of trial date n times your bill is due too.

DELIVERY NOT ON TIME, YOU RECEIVE EVERYDAY SMS THAT YOUR SHIPMENT WILL BE DELIVERED TODAY THE FACT IS THAT WE HAVE TO CALL THE DELIVERY MAN AND BEG HIM TO DELIVER. SOUQ IS BETTER PLACE TO PURCHASE

Order didnt arrive on the given delivery date and only to find out the product is not available. They wont even notify unless i follow up and they keep saying the same thing whenever i do. I asked for them to just refund the amount that i paid for but they said theyre still working to get the product from other supplier and will take 3 days again for update which for sure will not happen if i dont follow up. I told them im travelling and just refund my money but insisted that they will still try their best to have the product. Its frustrating how hard it is to inform the customer not product isnt available and how hard it is to refund the money.

What a useless service. It wasn't about the item I ordered... The customer service team is the worst ever... They have absolutely nothing to say except the script given to them... Be Attentive People. Be careful from fraud. Very Pathetic Service. I buy Play Dual SIM Midnight Black 64GB 4G LTE with 6 GB RAM and 2 time cancel my order after waiting of 16 days. then again confirm the product with same specification as I asked to buy. The deliver the wrong product at 3rd time after 20 days awaiting. Wrong product is returned to NOON. Now they are not sending me the product for that I have the order. Someone from them called and and told me that we are going to compensate you with 50AED noon credit and 75AED Discount code. Meanwhile when I returned the wrong product I was about to avail the 100AED discount on such product for the price of 1084. They make delays by send me the noon credit in my account until the discount coupon of 100AED was expired. Right now when I talk to one of the supervisor of customer care service, He refuses to give me all compensation. Again going to raise my complain to certain department and I have to wait for resolve complain about 48 hours. About month has been passed, I did not receive my product for that I have made the purchase. I always appreciate to you people to be aware of this type of fraudulent activity done.
