Order didnt arrive on the given delivery date and only to find out the product is not available. They wont even notify unless i follow up and they keep saying the same thing whenever i do. I asked for them to just refund the amount that i paid for but they said theyre still working to get the product from other supplier and will take 3 days again for update which for sure will not happen if i dont follow up. I told them im travelling and just refund my money but insisted that they will still try their best to have the product. Its frustrating how hard it is to inform the customer not product isnt available and how hard it is to refund the money.

What a useless service. It wasn't about the item I ordered... The customer service team is the worst ever... They have absolutely nothing to say except the script given to them... "I apologise", "I understand"... And false commitments. Never Again !! What a waste of time... Please don't buy from them.

Be Attentive People. Be careful from fraud. Very Pathetic Service. I buy Play Dual SIM Midnight Black 64GB 4G LTE with 6 GB RAM and 2 time cancel my order after waiting of 16 days. then again confirm the product with same specification as I asked to buy. The deliver the wrong product at 3rd time after 20 days awaiting. Wrong product is returned to NOON. Now they are not sending me the product for that I have the order. Someone from them called and and told me that we are going to compensate you with 50AED noon credit and 75AED Discount code. Meanwhile when I returned the wrong product I was about to avail the 100AED discount on such product for the price of 1084. They make delays by send me the noon credit in my account until the discount coupon of 100AED was expired. Right now when I talk to one of the supervisor of customer care service, He refuses to give me all compensation. Again going to raise my complain to certain department and I have to wait for resolve complain about 48 hours. About month has been passed, I did not receive my product for that I have made the purchase. I always appreciate to you people to be aware of this type of fraudulent activity done.

The products shown are ridiculously expensive while the quality is zero.I ordered a lipstick set.I got one time use micro lipstick stick set and that too, 5 colours more like a sample .Packing of products is very bad.I will never order from noon again. Only delivery is prompt..

Very bad service i was ordered money clip and id card holder..i just received a message that the order was canceled..even I didn’t cancel to my account..they just refund the money on my noon credit with a very less amount.😡😡😡😡

if possible NO STAR....they cannot provide an update regarding the delivery. I thought the reviews mentioned here were biased but yeah its TRUE. They can't tell you specifically on when it will be delivered or it can be delivered as per website schedule. POOR Service. and getting an update will take them 24hours. hope you will not experience the same. Though the customer service reps are very nice in handling your query but they can only tell you that they will make an update.

Terrible Experience and even worse customer service. Purchased a Belkin Wireless Charger and its not delivered on the confirmed delivery date. Customer service apologizes but can’t confirm a delivery date. I ask for cancellation of order and a refund ... and apparently it will take 14- 30 working days for a refund. Customer service doesnt say anything but “I truly understand sir” ... Terrible experience .. i will never buy anything from NOON again !!

Do not buy from NOON. I bought a makeup brush set from Zoeva and beauty blender sponge and found out that they were both fake and not genuine! Also the delivery guy did not give me my change and took an extra 10AED for no reason and when I asked the customer service, they said that they will need to “investigate” before I can get it back...never again will I buy anything from that site.

Being a souq customer for 7 years placed my first order with noon and they sent me defected smart GPS watch , terrible experience and now money is with them and they are not giving it back..

I'd give them negative stars if I could for how big a failure this site is. DO.NOT.BUY.FROM.THEM. Their 'noon now' stamp (which supposedly marks the item ready for delivery on the next day) is a huge load of CROCK!!! So I ordered an item with that feature and when I didn't receive it after three days of waiting, I asked what happened. They apologized but they didn't tell me what was wrong. I talked to another customer service rep and they told me that they couldn't contact the seller and said they would have the problem escalated to higher authorities and that I would receive an update after maximum 48 hours. Three days passed and I didn't get that promised feedback so I chatted them up again to finally find out what in the world was wrong and they said the item is not in stock and they're trying to get the item from another seller !!! Sick of their BS, I cancelled my order and they said I have to wait 15-30 BUSINESS DAYS to get my refund. Long story short: JUST STAY AWAY! NEVER AGAIN!

Is there 1/2 a star, big promises but my coach could not have cared less about my success. Nothing super special and there are free apps that do the same. Finally it is an annual plan but you don’t get a refund for any part of what you pay. The disclaimer was you don’t get a refund for partial months, I used 6 weeks. It is completely bogus. don’t do it

HORRIBLE SERVICE, AVOID AVOID AVOID! Probably one of the WORST experiences ever at online buying. Find the product, buy the product, and then on the day it is suppose to be delivered, which was 5 days after purchasing, get a phone call stating that the item is no longer available and they want to cancel the order. Seriously? What a joke. Don't list items that are not available, how simple is that? Honestly, go someplace else and avoid this place if at all possible. HORRIBLE SERVICE, AVOID AVOID AVOID!

The worst company to ever deal with! Delivery is the worst! The drivers neither the calls center care at all for customer service! Received a WhatsApp msg from the delivery guy, “if I waited 12hours, why not wait 1hr more” and then got spoken rudly from them! Will advise no one to ever use their services! I would personally pay more somewhere else to get this service! Worst online shopping experience ever! Have screenshot msgs, and recordings of how rude they delivery guys are too.

a very bad experience from them. no timely delivery. They have not replaced the defect item and the amount has not refunded the full amount. please don't buy from them. first they are sending the product with defect and then returned they are not refunding the money. when asked they are saying it will take one month to refund. very sorry to say that please dont fall in this trap.
