1. No commitment on the promised delivery date. 2. Unpolite Courier. 3. Customer Service Rep doesn't know anything. 4. Very late delivery. This is my first and last. Really bad and disappointing experience.

Y u rdelivering fake products. U r really cheating your customers. The products given by noon is different from the Pic shown in site.noon is showing branded items in Pic with less rate n giving unbranded items

Worst online Store !! They are not able to deliver very 1st order on time. After missing the delivery time lines, had to call for follow-ups, then the answer is product 'unavailability' and they ended up cancelling my order after 2 weeks! The embarrassing moment is , the same product was available for sale with high price ! When I highlighted this there is no response ! Another issue is, the refund money was pushed back to 'noon' wallet instead of crediting back to my credit card. I was forced to buy an another product which I'm not intend to. Who will buy an another product when you had a bad experience? No credit-ability, no prompt service. I regret myself falling in to low profile call..

The ever worst experience of shopping on noon, they never deliver on time, need to give too many follow up call and mostly they told you to cancel the order, and two time they charged my card twice and hold the money and release after 10 days. Never suggest somebody to buy on noon

ALWAYS AUTHENTIC We only sell 100% authentic products ----THIS IS A LIE! I ordered GINGER Bell Puffed Dress. I have searched about this brand and its originally from CA. I got the item(s) a day after I have ordered(Thanks for the fast delivery) but its annoying and disappointing that when I checked the dress they have changed the label into Arabic character or NOUR name, its not GINGER. Worst is, I can still see some sewing holes from the old label and the new label sewed unparalleled. Its UGLY! I don't even believe that its a genuine GINGER dress because why do they had to change the label? Too bad there is no options to attached photos here. So you guys could see how poor the product is. I made a complain and they said I have to return the item and they will give my money back. NEVER AGAIN TO NOON. YOU ARE DECEIVING YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Ordered something from their noon now products one morning, but did not receive it even after 24 hours! Another item that was paid for had not arrived after the expected delivery date and there was no update from noon. When I called them they said, they dont have it in stock and will deliver it when they have it... this is not the way! They should have informed me that and not when I called them. Pathetic!

If I could give a negative star, I would have given them. I am really frustrated and fed up with their quality of the products they deliver and the after service they provide. Seriously guys, never ever think of ordering from this fake promisers!!! I ordered an item and they delivered me a defective product. I am trying to return the product since last 2 weeks and nothing happening. when I ring them, they always give fake promises and text messages. I wasted my time and energy following up with them. Such a shame that they advertise a lot of these days in the radio and the quality of service they provide is the extreme worst!!! I will never ever order any thing from this fake website.

Well, I ordered at noon, Last Dec 2, 2018, and the delivery date was December 8, 2018. So after two weeks of following up on them, They have just canceled the order as it is out of stock they say, Also beware of paying using your card or apple pay their system sucks because what they do, they place a hold amount on my account and then after several days they again charge my account with the price of my order so i suffered again of waiting for my money to get back on my account. Also since they canceled my order today, i need to wait another 2 weeks at least to have my money back. I will never use them again. Also for the support team they are a bunch of liars and giving you false names.

This is my first negative review for any company, if I could give less than 1 star I would. I am a loyal souq.com user but however souq.com were unable to deliver my dads Christmas gift before I travelled so I thought I would try noon. On the website it said I would receive my package on Tuesday (latest Wednesday), so I placed the order. I then got a text message from noon on Wednesday evening saying my package has been delayed and sorry for the inconvenience. This text message was very unhelpful as it did not state when I would receive it. I called customer service to ask when I would be receiving the package and they said not today, it's very busy. First of all this is not the customers problem you should plan for busy periods like every other company, secondly do not make promises you can not keep. I then said well if I can not receive it today then I will have to cancel my order as I leave Dubai early on Friday. They then said okay we have cancelled your order and was about to hang up. Luckily I got their attention and asked when I would be receiving the refund. They said we have issued you noon credits. Another bad move. I said, I do not want noon credits as this whole experience has made me never want to use your company again so I would like the balance back into my account. She then stated they will send me an e-mail where I will have to send my bank details via e-mail to them in order to receive the refund and they don't know how long it will take. Every other company in the world when they issue a refund the balance automatically goes back into your account and you do not have to send your account details. On another note at the start of my call it told me to stay on the line after speaking to a customer service agent to give my feedback. This was not an option for me and I genuinely wanted to give my feedback in order for you to improve. Again, the customer is frustrated. Noon you really need to take a step back and look at your procedures as they are making angry customers even angrier. I think looking at the review statistics on the left hand side you should really listen to your customers as there are 89.63% 1 star reviews. If I had seen these reviews I would have never have placed my order in the first place. I think it says it all that it does not give you an option to write a review on your social media pages as the publicity would not be good for you. I will never use noon again but please take my feedback on board so someone else doesn't have to go through the awful and disappointing experience I just had.

Very Bad Service,I bought Macbook Pro 13 inch Laptop From Noon Online website they will delivered next day,Just I foldon laptop that time I Found hardware Complaint,I Will Complaint and next day they will pickup the laptop from my hand ,after That They Said We cant Replace the product we will give you the refund amount with in 15 to 30days I Purchased Credit card with 6 month emi plan bank will charged service charge also,i Need laptop Urgent required thats why i choose noon website because their delivery very fast this is my first experience in noon website,Before Iam a Souq Customer I Didnt get this type of bad experience in souq,Dont Go purchase through Noon Website.And I Will Give my envoice details Also here order number:NAEAC00235594

Keep it up noon.com and I won’t be surprised that you will run out of business pretty soon. Made an order and paid for it November 27th, expected delivery date was December 11th (still don’t understand why in this time and age), Dec 11th i get a text message from noon stating that delivery would be delayed, fair enough and that was the last I heard from them. Dec 13th i follow up with them, they apologies and they promise to sort it out ASAP. Dec 16th i follow up again and guess what noon decided to cancel my order because the product I ordered was out of stock!!!! First they take money up front, disappear for 20 days and then they come up with this, oh and when i dared ask for a refund they offered me a store credit.... I would recommend that Mr. Noon start sepnding less on marketing and invest that on better quality people and processes. Never again.

I Ordered Several Times and the delivery was delayed for almost 2 weeks. And the Again I ordered coz they promised that the delay will not gonna happen again. The Order has been shipped and waiting for it and suddenly I have received an SMS stating that "I" cancelled the delivery. How will I cancel the delivery???I was expecting to receive it ASAP. Why will I cancel the delivery???

I had ordered a samsung tab, it felt like the packing had all the genuine stickers and packing. But to my surprise the tab had the below problems. 1. The battery was completely drained out which is pretty unusual. 2. There was no screen protection plastic sheet 3. scratches on the home button 4. severe scratches at all four corners 5. more scratches on the back body panel 6. Even after 7 days of returning the product there is no news of refund or cancellation acknowledgement. If there was a zero rating that would have been my option.
