This is warn the people who are trying to buy a hot deal in noon.com I bought a apple 8 from noon.com and i took it as a gift for my family but when we start to set up the phone after all the steps we got the message that mobile has a remote management by some company in Australia and needs username and password. I brought the iPhone back to dubai which made me so embarrassed in front of my family and took it back to Dubai . When i called the noon.com they asked me to go to apple store to get IMEI to reset the mobile and i did visit the apple store in Dubai but the refused and informed me that these mobiles are bought for company purposes and is managed by them . I don't know how noon.com selling these kind of phones online as a great deal. Please be careful if you buy a iPhone and electronic items from this online shopping. They are not trusted and you have to flight for the refund.

HI, I am really disappointed with the Noon service. it is been more than a week I am waiting for a revert, but I feel like I should not buy any product in future. Very bad customer service. it seems like a scam.

Delivery staff are very helpful. I was not able to pick up my delivery on their 1st try but they managed still managed to deliver it as per my expectation. Big thanks to Nisnanth and Srimanth for their coordination.

BEWARE EVERYONE!! To startoff - I'm a software developer with 15 years of experience. And I feel this app is intentionally designed in a way so that it DOES NOT show your subscription or payment information. This way this sleazy company can fool people and get money out of them and folks only are able to realize when they see the charges ($150 for 2 months in my case) only when it appears on your bill the next time. I did go check the app and didnt see any subscription information listed when i got a message that the trial period was ending. So I thought maybe in all good. Because you do usually see the subscription and payment information in your phone itself for the apps you use. But they - not this company. They also charged $10 for the trail period in my case. fyi...in all of the advts that i saw it said FREE. LOL. such a pathetic experience. I dont mind paying - but not to horrible companies like these who fool people. And on top of that their website is even more horrible. They don't even allow you to send in an inquiry for your billing questions. WOW!! This was the icing on the cake for me. I would rather sit and eat my cake and be happy then USE THEIR PATHETIC SERVICE!! Stay Away!!

I purchased Few Items recently from noon after seeing that they have free delivery. I used to Purchase from amazon.ae [souq], for a change now from noon. but the last item i received from noon was fake. Vitamin C Serum First purchased from Amazon it was good, so i purchased again from noon same price but free delivery. Yes they delivered item for free but the item was FAKE. once i saw the fake item contacted noon and they said they will take and refund me my cash. Hoping i will get my cash back soon. I ordered the Item back again from amazon.

Too many bad reviews. I've ordered twice from noon and the product came as expected and delivered at my work place. But I'm scared with the bad experiences of people here. I'll still give them a try and see for myself but wouldn't hesitate to dumb them if they default.

Oh.. very bad experience, while placing order during the process some window popped up wanting me to click the store near to my location.. that was the trap i couldn't understand. Later i understood that i need to go and collect my things from Noon's designated store from some locker... Oh... my god, What is the meaning of free delivery - i dont understand why didn't i go any departmental store in dubai to buy - I regret.

Worst return policy.. they take years to return payment first it wipl be in noon account then in bank account after 20days..sick.. never shop from noon.com

Delivery is very bad, impolite and not accommodating. They have promised to deliver in the home since I am on holiday but it didn't happen. I called the delivery guy to follow up, he said the item is not with him anymore. I was asking for the number of the customer service, he said he is busy. I sent complaint and another delivery called me, he said he cannot deliver as his area is Bur Dubai not Mankhool. And why he has called me when he is not able to deliver to my area.

Be careful if anyone buy any items worth above 250/- they will the maximum not to give it and we have to fight with them to get the item also when call they will insult people in all possible ways

I just love noon.com. The best part about them is the fact that they have kept free delivery for any item. I have purchased so many items from here and I know will continue to do so. Hi I had placed an order on the 3rd of August through noon.com for a pair of ear buds white in colour for a amount of 196 dhs and they told me that I was gonna receive my order on 7 th August so I recieved my order on 7th of August and when I opened the ear bud box what I found was there was no seal on the box which was packed inside the packet and the earbuds which recieved were damaged as I tried to connect with the phone they couldn't be paired and when i was checking for the model on the box it was a complete different one they had sent me cuz i had placed an order for generic earbuds for which i paid196 dhs and they have given me tws model which is like 35dhs so this is the way noon is cheating its customers by supplying fake and damaged products and when i called in their customer service department they told me that they are gonna come and collect the package from me the I inquired with them how long will take they told me its gonna take like 4 working days and my money is gonna be transferred in back to me in my noon wallet but i told them that i don't want shop with them anymore please refund my money back they told me that its gonna take like 2 weeks for the transaction and it is the procedure that they follow now what i want to ask with management is since u guys are so incompetent with ur work why will it take 14 days for my refund and why are you'll being so persistent to shop with you'll when I don't want to and why is it they ull want to transfer my money in my noon wallet when I don't want it and I don't not understand how does it take 14 days for the transaction i want my refund as fast as possible by cash or in my account as i had the amount in cash during the time of delivery i hope the concerned authorities do react on this and take an action as fast as possible

It was my second time to experienced today : Level U Wireless In-Ear Earphones With Mic Blue/Black for 94.25 AED Model : erhu22_Blue When I open , the model is BG920BBEGWW which is 79.50 AED I dont know if it was by mistake or intentional ??? Last November I was shopping on your website last November 22,2018 . One particular items which I had put in my basket "Studio 3 Wireless Headphones 1249.00 for the original price and it shows 48.00 and when I made a check out including other items suddenly it becomes 879.00 ???? I didnt got any reason why it was and my order was not honored.

Unfortunately there is no such option as no stars because they definitely don't deserve any. I have placed an order for a sunglasses ray ban RB2140 polarized and size 50mm. Becaise this is the only one fits me well. They delivered it quite fast, but since it was evening i have worn it the next day. Start noticing that it is kinda other shape, and always slips down... i've checked d size, and yes, it was a 54mm size and these particular model was not polarized. I thought, okay, may b this is a reason they have put a sale on it. I have requested for a return and placed order again, and asked them to make sure to deliver correct size next time. In a few days, i am getting my long awaited order and opened it straight away. Checked d size before even wearing.. and again, it is not the item i have purchased. Asked to return, got a call from customer experience supervisor or whatever his position is... he saod since it happened twice, he offered me 10% discount on the next order. They have also removes this item from sale and promised me investigation. I was stubborn enough and placed order for the third time, not from a sale, paid extra 100aed for it and got my order today. Had recorded a video, so in case it is wrong for the third time they will not be able to say that i am just buying sunglasses and keep changing d soze of it. So guess what... it was a 3d time a bigger size than the one indicated in my order.... guys, i don't know what to say. What i have at the moment? No sunglasses and Noon hasy money for 3 consecutive orders. Damn.. worst online shopping experience even. DO NOT BUY ANY SINGLE THING FROM THERE!!!! P.S. last order number was (NAEB80028380926) those who speaks russian will know what NAEB means. This is exactly type of the things they do to their cusomers. Shame!
