Hi team, I am really happy with the return process i recently made with Noon .com The product was collected in a day and amount was refunded as noon credit on the next day.Keep up the good work.The team is in the right path..This is my third purchase from Noon and i am really happy with the service.

A while ago my shipment came. They deliver the wrong item, at first I already had a doubt about the order since the price mentioned is 50% than the current price in the market. I paid the driver and open the item in front of him inside the car. Then walaa! Wrong item!!! I knew it! Noon post wrong image on their website. I knew it would be very difficult to return the item so I asked the driver to take my money back as the order was COD. He call his boss and fortunately they agreed to return my money. Lesson learned.. Never trust and order NOON website again!

Returning the item is nightmare. More over it took almost 2 weeks after another order placement to get reply that item is out of stock. They do not prefer to give money back. They will give noon credit for another purchase. Worst online shopping experienced ever. Ref order# NAEB60037847775 And NAEB90027576174

I gave my order three weeks back and I received daily messages for delivery but I have not received my stuff and furthermore, I called the riders and they did not respond. I would like to say this is most worst online shopping application I have ever used. The most pathetic sales team and coordinators. I think you have to shut down this application.

Terrible customer care service. It's been 9 days since I haven't received my TV which I've put as "Express Delivery" and they admitted it was their fault. After telling them to cancel the order since I didn't get it, they said they'll refund the value of my product as noon credits. And now it's been 5 days and they keep telling me I will get it within the same day. "Sir trust my word, you will get this by tonight", It's like talking to a machine that repeats the same message over and over again.

So far till now its good. Some items has confusing prices. I wanna ask about Callmate company and its phone are they genuine. I am going to purchase samsung note 10 plus If its genuine then I will purchase coz its show a little lesser price as compare to others . I want the answer from noon

Really it was the worst experience with noon company(which suppose to be a big company), as I recently bought an airpods sold by noon and I received it used with some ear wax and dirt on it, I realized after buying this product that noon is selling used products and re-seal it with original sealing, which is consider a fraud and is not acceptable at all from a company like noon.

From all online shopping we had faced for delivery and a hug amount of time communication with customer service for specific time of deliverly and end of the day cannot have any respones from them.I believe as customer not expeaction rush as long time for delivery .

Reply to below message from NOON When ever I called on this number 8001160210, I get always same response. "we are sorry, our team will contact you in 24 Hrs" I don;t know what part of the earth the team is and what is 24 hrs for them. They will never contact me nor update me on my request. Its a weak now.

Subject: Warranty Claim - Order Number #NSAA300462454 Let me start with very bad service form warranty support team in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh. I am struggling to get update on my warranty claim since 1 week. When ever i contact them via whatsapp "we raised a complaint and our relevant department and they will contact you within 24 Hours" They called me after 3 days although it was said 24 hrs, while talking to one the guy in Saudi Riyadh, phone got disconnected. They don't have courtesy to call back me and complete the communication. Unfortunately I cannot call back as the number which appear on my phone is not reachable, except keep messaging them on WhatsAPP (+971 800 38888). I receive 4 times email from care@noon.com asking me to provide picture from all sides of laptop. I already sent 4 times email to care@noon.com with details and pictures of surface pro. Since then no update nor call from Saudi Arabia team. The worst service form Saudi Arabia support team. I made a big mistake buying that expensive product of SAR 7900 from NOON. I suggest never buy anything for NOON in future, better to go with SOUQ.com, they are far better then NOON.

Wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. Of the 3 items I ordered only ONE (cheapest on my list) was delivered which cost less than the delivery charges and after a few days I received an email that the balance items were out of stock and hence they cancelled it. I think this company is a fraud. WILL NEVER ORDER items from them AGAIN.

First order: product received doesn’t match what is in their website 2nd order: item delivery was cancelled after waiting for a week ✔️ Poor customer service ✔️ Fake products ✔️ Delivery takes a long time Very disappointed. Will never order from noon again!

I have Received things that doesnt meet the descriptions and different i tems, and paying online and cancelled I thought it was a mistake from the company but now, i think i'm receiving duplicate shoes, and a wrecked generic airpods. Once i proved that these 6 shoes i ordered are counterfeit i"ll never buy anything from this site ever

Dear Noon, I had purchased an item shoe foot pad (Brushes Lining Comfortable Foot Pads) last month. whoever viewing this please be careful before purchasing these kind of cheap products. noon is not giving more pictures of the items. that is a horrible item ,please remove it from your shopping website. its just a very thin sponge.
