It's been 7days I haven't receive my items,as per them it should be deliver in 5 days.thatswhy I trust them and made a purchase through online on 27th of sep 2019 and must deliver on 2nd of oct 2019,and now its already 3rd of oct 2019 that item is for gift I need to take it while i go for vacation out of UAE on 4th of oct.They are playing with our emotion and time.when I call them only the answer is sorry.keep your sorry with you noon and stop cheating.

worst online apps. when the courier called me. she said its 143 . she said she dnt have any change ill jst bring 150. bt i bring 500 cos i dnt have smaller bill. then she call again she said quickly cos she hve too much stuff to be deliver. then when i reached shes annoyed cos i gave her 500. hey you !!!!! courier if u dnt want ur work as delivery girl. dnt work okay!!! and the blouse i bought not good quality.. u pay too much bt im nt satisfied wth my order👎👎👎👎👎

We ordered JBL speaker 2 days ago and they mentioned it as express delivery. We did not receive it till now and when we call the customer care they informed us its going to be delivered soon. Even they are not aware when they are going to deliver to us !! There are some IT issues in NOON. They are still resolving from past 1 week !! Please do not order anything from NOON.....Worst experience I faced

terrible they are not honest. they will put available in warehouse but the truth it was not available. always technical problem. they will answer you same always we will call you 24 to 48 but they will never call you.Worst worst and if there is any more worst word is there it applies to their service. Noon.com. they will get your money but they will not give your order.

Very upset with the noon delivery service. The website mentioned express service and it's been 2 days I haven't got any update on my shipment. I guess the team doesnt understand what's an express order mean. I feel the team is less intrsted with this concern after informing that they will get me an update yet no response from anybody. I am very much losing interest to purchase any product from this platform. Very bad service

Worst experience with Noon... We ordered Comforter and they mentioned as express delivery....but its been 2 weeks we did not receive anything When we called the Customer care they mentioned as you will reach in 24-72 hours....But no one delivered and we are not aware when the item is going to come

I just got a reply of my review for noon, guy who replied me has replied with same opinion and same word and answer to all unsatisfied cosustomer, dear all be careful from this company, from bottom to top all are cheaters. I hate your company and in my life i will never recommend any one and if i get a chance i will make a case against your company.

Worst worst and if there is any more worst word is there it applies to their service. Noon.com ,never believe in their promise and pics what they show on their site. I request authority of dubai to take actions against this company they are just cheating customers

The worst online shopping ever . Where is my iPhone ? Its been one month since I returned it . The call center say the same thing “the warranty team will call you within 24 hours “ ??? I’ve never had a call ! It is very annoying !!! Return my iPhone or refund !!!!!

They don't seem to value the ' express' option highlighted when you place an order. I have ordered an item (worth AED 2K) seeing next day delivery and no update even on the third day. Not surprised to see similar sentiments from the customers reviewing here.

This is the second time i order from noon and again they are not accurate about the delivery timing. Guys, why would u propose the express service if u don’t effectively have it?! People order based on specific conditions and one of them which is major is the delivery timing, if u don’t respect the timing and the express service this is a huge problem u need to fix it. I cancelled my order due to the delay as i was expecting the express service, i went myself and got the item from the shop it was quicker!

The worst experience i ever had , I Placed an order on 23rd Sep '19. Today it's 29th Sep '19 - Still haven't received the ORDER and it has been scheduled to 5th of October, that mean 12 days to deliver. Wouldn't recommend anyone to shop on this website due to poor delivery services. I Recommend to shop at Souq.com

Noon.Com Placed an order on 24th Sep '19. Today it's 29th Sep '19 - Still haven't received the ORDER???? Wouldn't recommend anyone to shop on this website due to poor customer / delivery services. There are better sites for shopping.... Amazon.ae / souq.ae
