What are you saying?? Noon is perfect. I order from noon just to try and see myself the "terrible" service thtlat all of you are writing here! The service is excellent, delivery in time, cash payment, tracking number valid, and German products! I give noon 5 start! All of your reviews here I suposed are paid by the competitors!

THE WORST E-COMMERCE WEBSITE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!!! I ordered a hard drive with EXPRESS DELIVERY that was supposed to be delivered the second day it has been 3 weeks and till today it is not delivered and when I follow up with their support team guess what the excuse (OH APPARENTLY GOT LOST and NO ONE KNOWS WHERE IS IT!!!!) How come this happens I have no clue, they have the worst Supply chain and logistics system if they can't even track their own items that go out for delivery. And today they called me saying that we are calling regarding "your lost item" that apparently CAN'T be found if we can cancel your order and place a new order, NO I will not place a new order GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY TO MY BANK ACCOUNT NOT TO NOON CREDIT BECAUSE I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM YOU!!! That's one, the second and third items that were in my order basket got delivered after 10 days and guess what wrong order and wrong sizes of the wrest watch band although I did request a specific order with a specific size and one of them was delivered to me OPENED and dirty like it has been returned by someone else and they just gave it to the next person who ordered,, OFC I returned them back and they added the amounts in my Noon Credit,, all I need now is this amounts to be back to my bank account ASAP. You guys are the worst in the market, no need to try to expand abroad your chances are 0 to survive, you need to get classes first in Customer service and customer satisfaction!!! Mohamed Alabbar, Hope you take notes of the bad service at Noon.

The item purchased is not doing as advertised. Option to return the item and received noon credit is a bad joke. As any customer I would like to receive an item exactly as described in offer. Now I have an useless item from noon. No chance to recommend noon to any of my friends. For info Order ID NAEB90073064482, item Wireless ELM327 OBD2 Auto Car Scanner Adapter. Not working with IOS as advertised.

Worst shopping experience ever. extremely unprofessional.. First i was delivered a wrong item with different model no. (Costumer care informed that it may be a human error) so i had returned it and got refund.But because i wanted the same item i got in touch with the costumer care to that confirm the model no. in the listing is correct and not some error by supplier. They assured me that the model is correct and i will be delivered the same item in the listing. But again i got the wrong item infact the same item which i previously received. So it is clear that its not any human error, its about the model no. mentioned or the supplier. I feel cheated and have wasted many days due to these procedures. Never ordering again.

A while ago my shipment came. They deliver the wrong item, at first I already had a doubt about the order since the price mentioned is 50% than the current price in the market. I paid the driver and open the item in front of him inside the car. Then walaa! Wrong item!!! I knew it! Noon post wrong image on their website. I knew it would be very difficult to return the item so I asked the driver to take my money back as the order was COD. He call his boss and fortunately they agreed to return my money. Lesson learned.. Never trust and order NOON website again!

Returning the item is nightmare. More over it took almost 2 weeks after another order placement to get reply that item is out of stock. They do not prefer to give money back. They will give noon credit for another purchase. Worst online shopping experienced ever. Ref order# NAEB60037847775 And NAEB90027576174

I gave my order three weeks back and I received daily messages for delivery but I have not received my stuff and furthermore, I called the riders and they did not respond. I would like to say this is most worst online shopping application I have ever used. The most pathetic sales team and coordinators. I think you have to shut down this application.

Terrible customer care service. It's been 9 days since I haven't received my TV which I've put as "Express Delivery" and they admitted it was their fault. After telling them to cancel the order since I didn't get it, they said they'll refund the value of my product as noon credits. And now it's been 5 days and they keep telling me I will get it within the same day. "Sir trust my word, you will get this by tonight", It's like talking to a machine that repeats the same message over and over again.

Really it was the worst experience with noon company(which suppose to be a big company), as I recently bought an airpods sold by noon and I received it used with some ear wax and dirt on it, I realized after buying this product that noon is selling used products and re-seal it with original sealing, which is consider a fraud and is not acceptable at all from a company like noon.

From all online shopping we had faced for delivery and a hug amount of time communication with customer service for specific time of deliverly and end of the day cannot have any respones from them.I believe as customer not expeaction rush as long time for delivery .
