cheap & fake items, pls dont go for their advertisements, they will post pics and details so nicely but when you receive the material it will be like wht the heck...recently ordered a bicycle helmet from them and received a low quality chinese helmet. "Sold by MnM Deals " please dont buy from this seller, they are cheat. https://www.noon.com/mtb-bike-helmet/N26565963A/p/?o=de187ba087d0b59c pls chk the ad (wht they have mentioned), instead of lixada red/black/white helmet i received a grey coloured chinese helmet.

what makes NOON differ from other online sellers is that their passion to sell. The passion to sell used and refurbished items under the term brand new. No one can beat them in this trade. secondly, if we give any item for repair they will keep this item with them one month and simply return to us without repairing, again we give the item they will take and return it back with out repairing. this process will continues till we leave the item to Noon. thus they will get their product back and there is no refund to us. i had purchased a mobile phone which has warranty and given for repair 4 times and all these times they had return it with out repairing. if we speak to customer service they have only one answer 'pls wait our warranty team will contact you with in 24 hrs". i have never seen such a pathetic and disastrous online buying platform. so everybody pls double think when you buy item from Noon. if in case the item is not working properly you never ever get the customer support from them. not eligible even for one star rating

I ordered noon food and had a very bad experience they are simply rating restaurants. I ordered 3 mutton biriyani from a hotel with rating 4.3 in noon and when we got the order the food was really bad taste and no meat only bones. And i have tried to reach them many times and no response from them and we stayed hungry without having luch and we ordered from zomato. Always best zomato.

I received back my returned item from Noon after rejection. There is a thin plastic coating which usually they put on the box like one comes on the mobile phone box. This thin plastic coating was torn from one side. Just for this, they have declined to accept my return? Box condition and everything is perfect just for the plastic you rejected? They didn't even open the box and checked the main item inside. If this is the case then better to pay a bit extra and buy from Amazon. It's very risky to buy from Noon. If you buy a costly mobile and they reject your return then you are screwed. They just give auto-replies on our reviews here, but no one actually calls or follows up. In fact, if you send an email to carenoon.com every time some new agent will reply they don't even read email trails.

I tried to place an order and somehow I couldn't click the "place order", it was shaded. I called customer service and they don't work after 6pm (which is when a lot of people start browsing and buying). I went to the online chat and all I got were messages saying: "I'll be happy to assist" & "I'll deal with your concern" and then nothing no assist and no help. I placed the same order on Amazon which is way more hassle free.

Hi Noon team , i ordered food from thru the noon but it was not deliver and later on they canceled .As noon its cancelled due Change location but when i placed order same time call noon rider and informed him about my current location . and he reached in Restaurant he told me too much busy here thats yo they delay i didn't received my money back to my bank card . i checked with coustmercare but they said that it will not. refund . So this is very frustrating for me really bad experience . my order number 1369

Noon is not eligible for even 1 star rating. Pathetic customer service. As per noon my order was suppose to reach on my address on 11th Nov but till date there is no delivery. After calling multiple times I got auto call mentioning that we tried call you but unable to reach so kindly reschedule your item delivery or cancel it. I was not having option so I press rescheduling option now only noon knows when they wish to deliver my order. I have paid AED 760 and there is no proper customer service. All the best noon I don't think if you will sustain in market for a longer time by giving this kind of service.

Dear NOON, I have attached a screenshot of PHONE CALLS I made today through your customer service hotline 800 38888. I am not SATISFIED. The first call was fine but I had to tell the Customer Service Representative that I will end the call because of some emergency here at the office. I made the second call, and this Customer Service Representative was telling me that He cannot speak English, even He's talking to me in that language. I asked if He can transfer me to someone who knows how to speak English but ended my call instead. I made the third call, and they just ended the call without giving me an answer to my question. This is unacceptable. We have been a VIP LOYAL CLIENT of Noon, and for just an inquiry I was trying to ask, you cannot help. I am calling not because of COMPLAINT. But because I just want to ask regarding the REFURBISHED PRODUCTS.

I have a horrible experience with this unprofessional company starting from not receiving my item as they promised to all the lies and fake promises I got from them every time I call and for the first time in my life that I can’t talk to any supervisor or even receive a call to check my problem with them after submitting 9 complains and I’ll be sure to spread my feedback every where , and btw my problem still on hold and they cancelled my order without my permission order number : NAEDB0074366934

The worst was a fraud. I bought an iron bed from them, but the bed is paper when complaining to customer service, a waste of time. Communications without a solution. The blame is always on the consumer. The bed broke after only two days of use, the fact that it was professionally installed NAED70088773362-S1

very bad experience. first they rescheduled the return delivery 15 times, on daily basis without any justification. Only an SMS informing that the pickup has been rescheduled. after 04 complaints and multiple conversations and call with customer care it was picked on 17th days of the return request. Then the next day it was deemed ineligible for return mentioning that it wasnt in its original condition which is not true as the item was never opened and returned as it was received. Now they couldnt justify how it is not in original condition. They again have to create return request which is again rescheduled on daily basis as before through SMS without justification. Only opologies is that Noon can offer and nothing else.

Terrible customer service, worse after sales service, you are talkin to robots who always mention "this is their policy" You have zero rights and zero leverage once they charge your credit card.

Don’t buy unless you are sure of the product and know you won’t return it. They will send you a faulty item and then refuse to refund it even it’s not been opened and in original condition because it “didn’t pass their quality check”. Terrible service

I am having a real bad experience with Noon's customer service. Even though i have send several mails and messages but the only thing they revert with is sorry and apologies. I dont understand does it take so many weeks to collect back the item. I have seriously felt a great deterioration in their customer support. Eventhough i mentioned so many times that the collection point is from my office and my timings are until 5pm they send a response back stating that their associate will come by 10pm. I dont think they even understand what they are responding to. Even in bold letters i have mentioned my availability and i get a response stating the same "our associate will come by 10pm". Its become so frustrating. Wish there was someone sensible in their team who could understand and resolve this.

This week I bought two perfumes witch wasn't the same and also FAKE, I got only the product value, without delivery charge that I paid. Even it wasn’t my fault !! VERY BAD SHOPPING WEBSITE. Poor services and fakes products.

Noon.con are selling fake items. I ordered two perfumes of Scandal Jean Paul Gaultier (NAEDA0049243767 ) IRECEIVED TWO PERFUMES TOTALLY DIFFERENT AND FAKE!!!. Here there is two mistakes receive a different product and second product is FAKE!! Result I waste time and money that I will get it not immediately!! I didn’t get a solution for my lost only they care about seller and his fake products . (They informed me we will come to collect the products and will retrieve your money back !!!!) and what about the time that I waste especially that happens to me with them often! What about the fake products that I received that means that I will never trust noon anymore. With noon.com seller is a king not customer. A big company and they don’t have quality control !!! I will never buy from them again .

Absolutely hopeless experience, I ordered a 2000aed TV which came out faulty, the customer support has no clue what to do and raise a return request. The guy who comes to collect the item says his car is too small and leaves the place. It's been 5 days and no body has come to collect the tv. All I get from the customer support is someone will call you, but nobody calls and nothing has been done. It is so frustrating
