Absolute cheats! I ordered some food, I was given a time for the delivery to arrive, I was out of office for 4 minutes more than the given. There were missed calls on my phone, i replied and the driver said maybe wrong number. I checked my app to follow up and noticed it was the same number I had missed calls from. I called the rider again and asked him if he worked for noon, he said yes, I followed up on my delivery, he said he will talk to the company and update. 1-2 mins after the call the order was posted as undelivered on my app. I had a chat with Lina Farghaly from Noon, she told me they cannot deliver the food since the delivery was missed, I said I don't like to waste the food, I will pay for the delivery, she said they cannot deliver. I said ok, since it is food, I will go and pick it up, can she tell me the location of the food, she said the customer service would contact me in few hours, I kept repeating to her, too much delay would make the food go bad, please tell me where can i collect the food. She kept repeating cusomter service would contact. It has been a few weeks now, no one contacted me. I paid for something that I never got delivery of. Total scam!! Pathetic customer service. I have stopped using the app ever since and I don't recommend anyone to use it either.

I have the most bad experience with noon food I ordered food waited about more than one hour for bahrouz bryani delivery after that the delivery man came to the wrong location order has not been delivered money has not been returned food has not been credited as balance in my account This is noon food delivery policy which has not been cleared if u don't want to die from hunger and some one stole your money and food please don't order from noon food please order from any other Zomato or tabalat !!

This is the worst online shopping platform if you badly need to return a product, especially electronics. I ordered a laptop and saw that it was pre-used because of dust particles, scratches on the charger (not even in a plastic), small chips on the monitor, and lack of manuals. I filed a return request and it has been 7 days but no guy was coming here in my house to pick it up. The customer service always tells me every day that that someone will come, but NO ONE DID! Worse, I keep getting an SMS saying 'your pickup request has been rescheduled for the requested date'. How will I reschedule it when I am soooo eager to return their trashy product? I've been stressed for days and still waiting for it until now! PLEASE, JUST ORDER FROM AMAZON IF YOU LOVE YOUR LIFE.

I had opted for Noon Express delivery but my order has still not been dispatched. It is supposed to be delivered today. I have my flight at 12pm today.. such pathetic experience from Noon.

Very bad expiration with noon delivery team. I have called many times to customer care but no answer action has been taken. Every time they are taking compliant and that’s it. I received the items 2 times but received completely different what I ordered. I wanted to return them.

NSADB0054657600-S2 item not delivered yet... the driver was telling me to be hurry but when i came, he doesn't have my item... i have payed it online.... i always order on your online store but as expected everytime i am always having problem with your delivery system... is this your service really?

Have placed order last week ,received order half following up with noon they say will come today, but its not come. They send false messages saying we have changed delivery times,why we will change times when we want order urgently

Worst application ever. I did an order 10 days ago and everyday they tell me that it will arrive in 24 hours. It should be delivered before 27 of november and till now still waiting. Called the customer service many times and nothing is solved. Very bad service...Amazon is tooo much better.

Very Bad experience with noon, with a non professional team, especially operation and complaint department .I ordered some items on 25 November 10:18 Pm, I received partially orders on 27 nov, and I got a call from a driver ( +971 XXXXX 7292), at 9 PM, he confirmed that he is on the way to my home. I waited him 1 hour, when I recalled him first he didn’t pick up, and hung up the phone, after a while he answer and said “ my duty finished !!”.. I called customer service at 10:43am on 28 November I made a complaint on that time about the delay and what service received from driver I didn’t get either my items nor a call back from them . Really very bad application always Amazon be the leader in ecommerce . Noon can’t even be in touch with drivers they can only submit a complaint that will never solved.

Customer support is worst. The delivery person give me missed call and when I call him immediately more than 15times back he didn't pick the call he didn't deliver my product also next day he picked the call and saying I am on leave.. Delivery Service is worst and customer service worst 4 times I complained to customer service they even don't understand English also... Fedup with noon...

Simply, your delivery person marked my items “ delivered” and they were not delivered. What is a reason of putting delivery boxes and making a service 100% inventive and online and then employ uneducated people that can not read or communicate?!

very bad delivery. No coordination between the delivery agent and the customer care. If package is out for delivery on website it takes 1-2 days after that to be actually delivered. Customer support is not able to provide any details about the delivery agent nor can they provide ANY status on whether he will deliver or not

Very very bad experience with noon,I have odered a dress in noon,I got It so late,after I received I felt it was a fake product I have returned it,after a week they say we have not received a dress,we have received a wooden bar,how is it even possible,the noon people who has come to pick up didn't upload the what I have received?,very bad customer service ,I have placed so many mails I don't understand they say 48 hrs we will give reply,very very bad experience,my dress costs was 136 AED,I will not ever again Oder in noon

cheap & fake items, pls dont go for their advertisements, they will post pics and details so nicely but when you receive the material it will be like wht the heck...recently ordered a bicycle helmet from them and received a low quality chinese helmet. "Sold by MnM Deals " please dont buy from this seller, they are cheat. https://www.noon.com/mtb-bike-helmet/N26565963A/p/?o=de187ba087d0b59c pls chk the ad (wht they have mentioned), instead of lixada red/black/white helmet i received a grey coloured chinese helmet.

what makes NOON differ from other online sellers is that their passion to sell. The passion to sell used and refurbished items under the term brand new. No one can beat them in this trade. secondly, if we give any item for repair they will keep this item with them one month and simply return to us without repairing, again we give the item they will take and return it back with out repairing. this process will continues till we leave the item to Noon. thus they will get their product back and there is no refund to us. i had purchased a mobile phone which has warranty and given for repair 4 times and all these times they had return it with out repairing. if we speak to customer service they have only one answer 'pls wait our warranty team will contact you with in 24 hrs". i have never seen such a pathetic and disastrous online buying platform. so everybody pls double think when you buy item from Noon. if in case the item is not working properly you never ever get the customer support from them. not eligible even for one star rating

I ordered noon food and had a very bad experience they are simply rating restaurants. I ordered 3 mutton biriyani from a hotel with rating 4.3 in noon and when we got the order the food was really bad taste and no meat only bones. And i have tried to reach them many times and no response from them and we stayed hungry without having luch and we ordered from zomato. Always best zomato.

I received back my returned item from Noon after rejection. There is a thin plastic coating which usually they put on the box like one comes on the mobile phone box. This thin plastic coating was torn from one side. Just for this, they have declined to accept my return? Box condition and everything is perfect just for the plastic you rejected? They didn't even open the box and checked the main item inside. If this is the case then better to pay a bit extra and buy from Amazon. It's very risky to buy from Noon. If you buy a costly mobile and they reject your return then you are screwed. They just give auto-replies on our reviews here, but no one actually calls or follows up. In fact, if you send an email to carenoon.com every time some new agent will reply they don't even read email trails.

I tried to place an order and somehow I couldn't click the "place order", it was shaded. I called customer service and they don't work after 6pm (which is when a lot of people start browsing and buying). I went to the online chat and all I got were messages saying: "I'll be happy to assist" & "I'll deal with your concern" and then nothing no assist and no help. I placed the same order on Amazon which is way more hassle free.
