“I ordered a cat bed that never arrived. They admitted it wasn’t sent. They promised me a refund which also didn’t arrive. I had to contact my bank to get the payment reversed into my account. They repeatedly lied saying they would refund my money. I would not recommend this business and will NEVER order from them again.”

“Parcel eventually arrived after 2 weeks. I had tried to call and emailed several times. I got replies on email, but none explaining the delay. This did not seem to be a courier issue, but a dispatch one.”

“You have sent me an invite to review a product I still have not received having ordered it on the 19th January 2023 - no updates or answers to my emails have been received and no refund for the non -existent item that I asked for on the 3rd February - today's date is the 14th February. You did ask -sorry but you are completely are in the dog house. I can't answer the questions below as the product hasn't arrived - ( dog crate) please can someone tell me whats going on ?”

“I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole. I ordered two dog mats in October and they have still not arrived. No-one will answer my emails or my telephone calls. I must have tried to contact them at least 30 times They have in fact just stolen my money. Everyone beware. Terrible customer service.”

“I'm still waiting for my complete order I've only received half the order that was placed on the 21st of last month. Poor communication via automated email reply, try to ring and you get answer phone using an American voice. Dreadful just dreadful, think I've sent at least 12 emails. Going to report to ombudsman and get cash back via the bank. I highly do no recommend this company”
