“Unfortunately, there is no -10*. My order has supposedly been despatched 2 or 3 times since 31st January 2023 AND a refund given. NONE OF THIS IS TRUE SO FAR! I, therefore, cannot rate this company favourably until the matter has been resolved. I also reviewed them on FB. I will review the company again favourably, once they come good, otherwise it goes to Trading Standards. Just want to give them a chance to come good by Monday 13th Feb.”

“Ordered £65 worth of Cat food on 19/1/22 still waiting for goods I have requested refund yet to receive & after seeing other reviews now have little hope of receiving anything - would give no stars if possible - avoid this company”

“I've still not received my order which was placed approximately 2 weeks ago. Had an email saying it was delayed. I've emailed to say we're moving Monday and had no reply. Very dissatisfied I'm afraid”

“Absolutely disgusting!! No communication unless you literally beg! Kept saying item was dispatched, but wouldn’t provide a tracking number! Finally said they would issue a refund but yet to receive. Thieving scum bags!”

“GOOD NOT ARRIVED AND CAN'T GET ANYONE TO RESPOND TO EMAILS!! Would not recommend this company as they have failed to deliver my order and not responded to my emails except to send an automated response saying they will reply in two days... still nothing several days later!! Buyers beware!”

“Absolutely shocking - spent £100 on dog food, email from them saying sorry it’s delayed, replied and asked when I can expect delivery, the response was “it’s been dispatched and I should receive shipment number “ nothing from them since, automated telephone system asking for phone number and email address, 7 times I left it plus 6 emails, absolutely fuming 😡 AVOID AT ALL COSTS”
