“This isn't a review about the product but the service. I ordered wet dog food on the 28th of January. On the 4th of February I received an apology for the delay in delivering. It is now the 15th of February and yet still no show. Didn't plan on reviewing but kept getting automated reminders to leave a review.”

“Absolutely awful experience from your site and team. I ordered dog food over two weeks ago now and still have not yet received my order. I have had to buy 3 lots of dog food since purchasing your order. I still have not received a tracking number nor an update on where it is. I will not be using your website again.”

“Never received my order placed on 31st January. Told it was showing as dispatched on the 6th February and then told it's at the warehouse on the 8th February?? Still waiting for my refund!! Ordered alternative from another company and received 2 days later as promised. Avoid this Not In The Dog House!!! Disgraceful customer service and your dogs will go hungry.”

“My order took about a week and a half to arrive. Tried contacting support who just send an automated reply regardless of the email content "I can see your order has been dispatched, if you haven't received your tracking information yet, this should be with you shortly."”

“Ordered £86 worth of goods on 29th January. No sign of it. Contacted them on the 6th after waiting a week to ask for them to cancel the order if they were not going to despatch if that day. Got a messsge saying it was getting dispatched that evening and I’d get a tracking number soon. Then nothing for a week. The shop app says it’s been dispatched but no tracking number sent. A week later I’ve asked for a refund as I’ve received nothing and no more comms either. I ended up ordering the same stuff from the actual manufacturers and it all turned up in 48 hours. Do yourselves a favour and do not risk ordering from these unneeded shady middlemen. They can’t be trusted to get your dogs food to you in a timely manner.”
