“I award 0. I have not received the products ordered (£41 plus), despite trying to call, (only recorded message service), sent e-mails (not replied to), been told 3 times that the goods have been dispatched.....I would say never do business with this company.”

“Product never arrived Contacted customer service, they said would send out a replacement. This also never replied. Contacted again, no response. Eventually had to claim a refund through the bank (which they kindly did)”

“Took my money. Order has not arrived and promised tracking number hasn’t arrived either. Reading other reviews( which I wish I had read before ordering) this is what is happening. The company has lost its way. Don’t order from them.”

“I placed my order on the 4th Jan 2023 and, as of 15th Feb 2023, it has not arrived. Whilst there were postal strikes in early January, online orders that I have placed after this one has arrived and no others have taken this long to arrive. It makes me wonder if its ever been sent.”
