Waited to long for delivery won’t be using them again

I bought frozen goods from here, they were very delayed so a asked for a my order to be cancelled and refunded, which they promised to do. A few days later my item was dispatched and arrived but with no thermal packaging and they were melted, unusable and could not be re frozen. Having asked for another refund and promised it, it still hasn’t been issued. The staff have been quick to respond each time but have not followed through in what they have promised. Don’t sell frozen products online if you do not ship them with appropriate packaging.

I found it difficult to contact you directly when I had not received my order in the time stated and I felt the email communication was not customer focused. Due to non delivery you reordered and on receipt of all items I was very pleased with them

I was delivered an incorrect product and despite multiple messages after their first reply they neglected to contact me again. So now I am stuck with a product I do not want with the only option for me to pay to return it for a refund, not that I'm confident that would actually happen.

Mucked about with delivery's waiting two weeks and when I then told them to cancel as I had then ordered elsewhere. I received my items next day delivery after being told numerous times they were on their way. Only the fact I would have had to pay to return I have kept and returned others I had ordered. One of the cages has bent bars and one looks as to have been used. Have emailed twice. And guess what no reply. Would I buy from here again?? NOT A CHANCE

Took two weeks for our dog food to arrive so it obviously was not in stock at the time of order. Emails were responded to quite quickly which was appreciated. The courier that they use did not deliver the food on two attempts despite somebody being home on both occasions. Apparently nobody answered the intercom that we don't have was their excuse. Ended up picking the package from the depot myself. Not the best experience overall.

I didn’t receive the items, but money was still taken and not been refunded, check out reviews of this company seems to be all they do, wish I’d looked before trying to buy, thieves!

Do not use this site, takes over 2 weeks to deliver, when order comes it is missing items. After emailing countl3ss times I'm ensured that missing items are on their way,surprise surprise I've not received them. Very bad customer service also

Placed an order, had to wait for 3 weeks for delivery, contacted several times tried to cancel then goods arrived. Frozen items were very poorly packed and completely defrosted so had to be thrown away. 2 months later and still awaiting refund, shocking customer service and definitely would not recommend this company.

Had my order delivered on Saturday 13th August it was delivered damaged, complained to notinthedoghouse who offered to refund me so I agreed as I needed the food so ordered some elsewhere and so far no refund despite being told it was going into my account shortly and they have now started to ignore my emails

I’m really disappointed. Firstly the order took two weeks to process which was then too late for the arrival of our puppy. I emailed to cancel the order twice, but no one responded to me. Instead, they shipped the order. I’ve since tried to return as the driver couldn’t return the order on refusal. Now I’ve been charged for a product that you can’t use and no one to speak to, to arrange a return.
