Appalling farce of a company. Ordered dog food on 3rd August. Still not received dog food or refund. Company doesn’t have a contact number on website and they don’t answer their emails. Have reported to trading standards. Do NOT order from this con company.

Order placed on 24th of July for frozen dog food, despite false delivery notifications, nothing had arrived so on 8th August I emailed them requesting a refund as reading other reviews this seems to be a common occurrence. They said the order had been despatched, it had not, emailed again on 11th to request another refund to then be told that it was still in the warehouse and it would be difficult to post due to the temperature, again another refund was requested. The money I paid has still not been returned and I believe they never had the item in stock. Product purchased cheaper elsewhere and without the the hassle of having to chase these clowns who don't even have a phone number to contact them

Purchased £70 of dog food on 30th July Emailed them several times for tracking details but only had automated replies saying order had been despatched and tracking to follow but nothing Obviously this “company” are on the con Should have read reviews before placing order I’m a pensioner and cannot afford to lose this money I’ve now had to purchase food from a reputable company Avoid Not in the Dog House they r rip off merchants

I placed an order on 2nd August. Payment taken from my credit card. Two weeks later - I'm getting no response from them and the goods have not been delivered. Wish I had reviewed them first. Terrible customer service. Will not be using them again.

Ordered forthglade food over a week ago. No tracking number has ever been received despite numerous chasers. The message I got back each time was identical. “ Hello, Thanks for your message. I can see your order has been dispatched, if you haven't received your tracking information yet, this should be with you shortly. I'm really sorry about the delay. Thanks, Will” What kind of company has no link between orders placed and courier service? Wish I’d checked the reviews but didn’t think a dog business would conduct themselves like this. Now £60 down but credit card chargeback will get used if I don’t get the order soon. As they’re in Harrogate I wonder what would happen if I showed up… Awful comms. Either they should cease trading or improve customer service. By all means offer good deals on dog food but if you can’t handle the orders you’re receiving then your business model is broken. Edit - Now have it in writing that they have issued a refund. Call me cynical but guessing this isn’t going to show up.

Product was out of stock and I had to chase for a refund which never arrived a year later I was still asking and eventually I got told I could only order as I’d missed the refund which was there problem. Never had such awful customer service. Avoid at all cost

Terrible customer service Ordered on 30th July and not been sent When I emailed to ask I was told goods had been despatched and tracking number would follow but nothing I’ve sent several other emails so will now have to claim from credit card company as I am a pensioner and can’t afford to lose £70 I’ve had to order from another company as no food left for dogs and I only ordered yesterday and it’s coming today with free delivery This is how it should be

Very poor/non-existent communication, took almost 2 weeks for frozen dog food to arrive, dogs ran out of food so I just wanted a likely delivery estimate to know whether to buy from somewhere else - I didn't want it all arriving at once and not fit in my freezer. Still waiting for a response from the company however since then the products have arrived - I did not know they were arriving - I had a notification from APC delivery but this could have been anything as I order a lot online. Luckily I was ay home and opened the mysterious box straight away to find 'frozen' food completely soft. I'm sure these boxes get left around unopened as there is no markings on them that they contain frozen items and are therefore a priority. I order frozen dog food all the time and this was a very poor and cheap effort at keeping the food semi-frozen and did not work. Less insulation, less 'frozen' water pouches, a thinner box, not sure how long its been sitting around at the parcel depot. I'm not even sure if this is safe to feed my dogs? No point contacting the company as I wont receive a response. I would NEVER order from this company again.

Products were stated as being dispatched but clearly never were. Money taken immediately and no amount of chasing will help me get my products or refund. Now going through formal routes to recover my money. Product ordered 25 July 2022 so very recent

An appalling supplier. They do not send anything until you chase them. They do not send what you order. Still waiting refund for missing items. Do not use this company they are ridiculous.

I ordered 3 different items in different quantities on 3rd July. The first parcel arrived on 9th July containing three bags of biscuits and a sachet of treats. The treats were six weeks out of date so I emailed the customer services team and they assured me an in-date sachet would be sent out straight away. After a week of waiting for the rest of the order I emailed the customer services team who assured me they would look into the delay. After not receiving anything else I kept emailing the customer services team and ended up sending at least 10 emails. Finally on 27th July a package was delivered by their couriers. On opening the parcel I discovered the box containing the meat sachets was badly damaged and had been sellotaped together so there was more sellotape than cardboard. There was no sign of the in-date training treats. After this I gave up chasing the treats. Having read other reviews I felt lucky to have actually received my goods as so many people haven't. At no point did the customer services team apologise or offer any kind of compensation. I was very disappointed with the service.

I wish I had read these reviews, ordered fozzys icecream 18th July its now 6th August, express delivery! When emailed about the delay I was told it was because of the hot weather and would be out for delivery soon........still waiting and have asked for a refund 🙄 now to wait and see.

I previously had a good service at this company apart from some short delays with orders. However, this time my experience has been appalling. I ordered from here three weeks ago and have not received my order. Despite numerous attempts and e-mails I am being ignored and told my order will be sent but there is never any confirmation. Very bad and no refund!

Similar experience as others. Order placed 3 weeks ago and still no sight of it. Received a notification two weeks ago saying order is now at warehouse then nothing ever since. Contacted customer service and got one response saying dispatch information will be sent again that is 10 days ago and no response or update. It leads me to believe this company is a sham and should be avoided at all costs and will be raising a dispute with my bank to get money back.
