“Bought a wella creatine curl perm thinking it would come with the neutraliser and pre cream in a box as it is normally sold, but no just the perm out of the box arrived, ridiculous!! You need to make it clearer on your website”

“Order experience could be much better: Delivery cost was not listed until after my payment was processed. Since it wasn't included anywhere before that, I assumed delivery would be free. It wasn't. Default - which I didn't spot in time - was to opt-in to marketing emails. Now I'll have to figure out how to opt out.”

“Ordering was simple and the items unneeded were cheaper than the prices at the warehouse I usually go to. This is the first time I’ve used this site, so not yet received the products, but other than not having the colour of the hair dye as well as the number listed (all on shelves at the warehouse I usually use so I can confirm colour and number are correct) it’s a site I’ll use again.”
