“In basket you’re initially given the option for PayPal, the payment process is completed but the order is never placed.... no explanation is given. The payment process has to go via the non PayPal option to then select delivery option and again PayPal can be chosen... with order being completed. The initial option for PayPal should not be offered as it creates a false route without explanation. Image attached “PayPal Checkout” doesn’t complete order, “proceed to checkout” must be used”
