“The salesman was friendly, informative, but not pushy. The settles I bought were reasonably priced, delivered quickly by two really nice men, and I got a £212 standard lamp for free as well! Totally satisfied, totally recommend Oak Furniture Land.”

“I tried a sofa in your Lincoln store and found it to be very comfortable so ordered one in a different material. All communications with the company were clear and prompt and although delivery was some weeks away it arrived exactly when stated. My sofa is as comfortable as the one I tried and if it wears well I shall be very pleased with my purchase. On the basis of this one order I would have no hesitation to look the company should I need anything else”

“We bought a sofa and on the day of delivery we found out that it is too big for our room. We called straight away try to return the BRAND NEW Sofa but they wouldn't do it. It is ridiculous as no other place refuse to return a sofa within specified time period.”

“The staff in the shop were so rude once we bought our couch - being a showroom item we understood it needed us to remove it but everyone of them went out of their way to be rude, awkward and unhelpful - the manager even quite threatening when we were trying to arrange collecting it”
