“The sales person at the store was helpful especially when they messed up the order a little and did not include the free lamps. The sofa itself is lovely and comfortable as I expected although the seam at the back was not properly stitched.”

“Really happy with the quality of service I got in the shop, and with the furniture itself. Only improvement would be in the delivery service. It would be good if they had greater flexibility- like an evening or weekend service, AND if (for an extra charge) you could get help with the unpacking or assembling.”
