“My tv unit was delivered some 5 minutes ago by two very politegentleman and now that I have unpacked it I would just like to say thankyou. It looks absolutely beautiful and (I did actually measure it butyou can never be sure!) it does fit the space I have planned for it. Agreat start to the New Year.”

“I have received my order of 6 braced, brown leather, oak diningchairs.... I gotta complain that i was not aware of your company before ipurchased most of my household furntiure! :( The above chairs arrivedwell packaged...in excellent condition and look fab! They were deliveredin2 my "dining area" without fuss/bother by ur cheerful delivery guys. Ihad almost completed my order online, then decided to phoned to checkdetails. A lady member of ur sales staff was very helpful and was ableto advise that the above chairs wud be even more sturdier than myoriginal choice (-I have three 6ft sons(and their friends) using thechairs accordingly, my furniture needs to b very durable!) So, ThankYou... for a good quality product at a fair price. I wud definitelyrecommend your company to a friend.”

“I visited your showroom in Chester both yesterday and today, and wouldlike to congratulate your salesmen working in that branch. They haveexcellent product knowledge, were not "pushy" and provided unbiasedadvice. They made the ordeal of spending money almost pleasurable. On each occasion wehave received emails, text messages and phone calls for orderconfirmation and delivery dates and reminders of delivery dates nearerthe time. When speaking to people in the office, they are very politeand helpful and the delivery drivers have always been friendly andhelpful.It makes a pleasent change when dealing with your company, wherenothing seems too much trouble,because its so rare I had to write andlet you know. On top of that, the furniture is is top quality and can'tbe faulted. I will definatly be recommending you to my friends andfamily. Your staff all deserve a huge pat on the back!”
