“The site team for our holiday lodge took delivery of our bevelledrange of units last Tuesday and we arrived on Friday evening to unpackthem. Over the years we have bought many items of furniture fromvarious sources and generally accepted you get what you pay for. Onthis occasion we were genuinely surprised and delighted when we openedthe cartons. Considering the items had travelled half way around theworld the packaging was virtually un-marked and, what packing! Eachpiece was wrapped in a protective soft covering, then in polystyrenefoam sheets, with every corner protected, and then in the strong,cardboard outer. There was even some thin ply reinforcement in two ofthe items. We were impressed before we saw the furniture!Once we got the pieces out and examined them closely, we found them tobe really well built. Proper joints, re-enforced corners at the base,hinges that were fitted properly, all beautifully clean (inside and out)doors that fitted properly and drawers that slid out and didn't dropout. Really solid and well finished.Compared to much of what we have purchased in the past, the quality ofthis furniture is amazing and we feel really represents excellent valuefor the price. We hope you are going to continue stocking it as wehave not seen it in the showroom during our last visits.What more can we say than we are ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED!”

“We are in receipt of our lovely new wine cabinet, delivered yesterday.I am writing to say how impressed we have been with the services fromyourselves. We were kept informed at all times of delivery dates andtimes and even had a phone call when the drivers were 20 minutes awaywhich enabled me to organise my day. Many thanks for your efficiency, weare thrilled with our new cabinet and how it enhances our dining room.”

Your customer service in agreeing tocontacting us 30 mins before driver expected was superb, you respondedimmediately to my e mail and had sorted everything out for us - reallygreat and appreciated.
