“Having just received my second delivery of Oak furniture from you, Iwould just like to say the delivery service was excellent the men werepolite,careful and gave me plenty of time to leave work and meet them atmy address. Deliveries can be a nightmare but your service is the best Ihave ever encountered, please pass on my thanks. “Just letting you know my sideboard arrived on saturday. can notpraise you enough for outstanding service. the furniture is the best andwe will be buying off you again. your delivery men we second to none,very polite and we can not praise the two men enough. keep up the goodwork,we have recommended you to all our friends and family. we wereslightly concerned at buying online where we couldnt see the product inperson but your returns policy is second to none as well. thankyou againyour service is the best.”

“We would like to thank you all, including JB Direct for a really goodservice and product. We are extremely pleased with the dresser, havinghad some concerns regarding purchasing such a large item "unseen".However, it surpassed our expectations, both in terms of guality ofworkmanship and design and already graces our new kitchen. JB Deliverywere efficient and kept us very well informed on delivery times - youcould pass your service level agreement on to some other deliverycompanies!! Again many thanks and we hope to be able to choose otherfurniture from youin the future.”
