“Just had the worst day of my life, don't even go near this company, been charged £100 after failed delivery, only told half the wardrobe was on the van and the driver never even attempted to take the stock in. Spent half a day on the phone to the worst customer service ever, but they are like machines and don't care about anything other than cash! Now have no wardrobe, £100 out of pocket, after saving up for 6 months to buy this. What a great company, NOT!!!!”

“My chest of drawers was very badly damaged on receipt. Their customer services wouldn't deal with the issue over the phone and requested photographs to be sent but said they would get in touch as soon as the photos were received. The e-mail they sent contradicted this and said 2 working days. Needless to say I'm still waiting. I took the day of work for the delivery and am extremely disappointed with lack of response especially as the damage is pretty major and makes the furniture unusable. I have now read a lot of reviews and it seems a common problem with this company. This was my first purchase and it will definitely be my last.”

“Just recieved my delivery of dining furniture. Absolutely delightedwith it. I have never come across items that were home delivered andwere so well wrapped. Not a scratch or 'ding' anywhere. We are busy nowgoing around the house to see if there is anything else that could dowith replacing. If we do find anything we will be sure to make tracks tooak furniture land.”

“Just a note to say thank you for a fantastic service and alsofantastic quality furniture that arrived today. I, like one of yourother satisfied customers, had not purchased furniture on line beforeand was sceptical, however there was no need for me to be.... you keptme up to date via email and order tracking system every step of the way,you also arranged with the delivery team to deliver the first day backfrom our holiday with no fuss. The furniture was delivered into ourlounge (up 2 flights of stairs) by a couple of top lads, very polite andcourteous and the furniture was packaged to a high standard so therewas no damage. All round top service, top quality. I will definatelyrecommend your website.”

“I have just received my bedroom furniture today and I just wanted tolet you know that I am absolutely delighted with it. The quality exceedsmy expectations as it was such a good price and the service we havereceived from the company could not be bettered, i.e. two separateorders were handled efficiently but in a friendly way and the deliverywas on time and the delivery men were really professional. “Just a short note to say thanks for the wonderful chairs that weredelivered today. The whole buying experience with your company has beendelightful from the moment we went into your Stockport store. The saleslady spent a long time with us and wasn't pushy but gave advice onvarious products. Your firm has kept us informed throughout the orderand delivery period and the driver even phoned us a short while beforeturning up with the chairs.
