I ordered 2 sets of coffee tables and was assured by the salesman in the Farnborough store that they would arrive ready to just take out of the boxes. He was genuine. I was prepared to wait almost 3 months for them but what arrived was 8 legs and 4 pieces of wood! Not what I ordered. They have been returned but 3 months on I have to start again looking for my coffee tables. Good quality Flat pack can be bought at a fracture of the price. Not impressed. I gave you my money in good faith and waited all that time and you have left me with nothing and waiting for my refund.

Dont use this company. They promise delivery in a few weeks, then due to supply issues it turns into months. Not reliable. Avoid.

NEVER AGAIN.. stay clear. Boucher Road Belfast. I don't normally write reviews but on this occasion I had too. The one star is only because it won't let me leave a review without a star. We purchased a black 3 & 2 leather electric seater on the 11/9/23 which was due to arrive on 5/1/24. I received an email the 2/1/24 saying only 1 item would arrived & the other item would need rebooked. I phoned customer services & the guy was so rude to me, asking did I want it or did I want to cancel it. I went directly to the store & spoke with the manager who said I should have been offered a compromise like a different date that both items would arrive. So I spoke again to customer services & we agreed on the 2 items arriving on the 5th April. On the 1st of April I rang the store to make sure the 5th was my date for delivery of which I was told "I'm sorry but only 1 item would be arriving". I couldn't believe this was still dragging on 7 months later. On this call I was given assurance that both items would arrive on the 17th April so I agreed to wait. On the 16th Apr I received another email saying only 1 item would arrive & the other one would need rebooked. By this stage we had, had enough. We decided to ring & cancel our order. Of course we got the whole, were really sorry this has happened. If you would be happy to wait to July both sofas would arrive together. Were they serious.! Also said if we were happy to take it in the grey we could have it sooner. We declined & said we were cancelling our order & asked for our deposit back. It eventually was returned to our acc after a good few phone calls. Our bill would have been over £3,000 which they lost out on. £99.99 of that was for our 2 items to be delivered took indoors & set up as it was electric. The Premium Delivery it was called. Another £282.99 was for 5 year accidental & structural protection. I will NEVER purchase another item from this store. Bad service all round from start to finish. While I was there, my daughter wanted to purchase a mirror which was in the sale & was told all deliveries are to the customers home & there's a £9.99 delivery charge for the mirror. She didn't purchase it after that. On the 22/4/24 I purchased a 3&2 electric sofas from Whytes in Crossgar & the arrived (10 days after purchase) 2/5/24 they were also delivered & put together for just £20. So where do oak furnitureland get their prices from, charging customers £99.99 for the same job.? My items from Whytes was also half the price of what oak furnitureland was. I definitely won't be buying again from OAK FURNITURELAND.

Buy from anywhere else! Worst company, worst delivery drivers, worst furniture! Badly made and easily broken! So easy that almost everything they have delivered has arrived smashed! Even after promising quality checks at warehouse and upon delivery! Absolute joke! I'd be better off making my own! If you want to buy from here make sure you still have your old sofa just incase as you might be without one for a very long time! Delivery times are comical too! Apparently because they are hand crafted.......clearly by pigeons! Employ skilled people if you want to charge those sort of prices!

Very overpriced furniture for very poor quality. Within the first few months of purchasing all pieces all pieces have marks on them. Would never buy from OFL again. Do not recommend! Would not even let me upload my pictures.

Absolutely disgusted by the lack of concern. The shop and salesmen were lovely and helpful. THEN this morning, day of delivery, I get a call from depot saying bed can be delivered but the mattress is unavailable and cant arrive until 15 May, today is 17 April, because although it looks like it is in stock to the shop, someone in warehouse inputted it in wrong and it isn't. So as our other bed and mattress was taken away yesterday to co-inside with todays delivery we now have nothing to sleep on. Depot lady, although nice just said sorry, shop says call customer services cos we are just a showroom, and as usual customer services are useless. Only suggestion we are given is wait or buy another mattress that can arrive sooner. In the meantime what are we to do sleep on the sofa. The least the could do is lend us the mattress from the shop of something, some compensation. NO NOTHING just a "well mate not our problem, do you want delivery or not". Will not be using again if they are so unreliable. 4 weeks they had to sort this, 4 weeks.

I advise anyone considering making a purchase from Oak Furnitureland is to question their commitment to adhere to delivery dates. On the 2nd Jan 2024 I purchased a TV cabinet with a displayed delivery date of 12 weeks from their Drakehouse store which on receipt of the order confirmation email it had increased to 14 weeks (2nd April) Waiting eagerly for the 2nd April to arrive, on the 22nd March (week 12) I received an update email stating delivery would be delayed due to attacks on shipping in the Red Sea and to contact the logistics team. Reviewing the issue apparently they located stock in the warehouse and agreed to reserve a unit and agreed to deliver on the 2nd April. Another email followed on the 30th March confirming a delivery time slot 2nd April between 15:00 and 18:00hrs. On the delivery day at 8:07, 2nd April (week 14) received a text message informing me delivery will not be possible and contact logistics team to rearrange an alternative date. I was informed the TV unit was currently out of stock and given a revised delivery date of the 18th April (16 weeks) Unhappy with the lack of notice and unable to speak with a manager, OBVIOUSLY I questioned my trust in this company and requested a full refund of my order. Obviously a typical case of 'Over promise and Under deliver'

Extremely inexperienced delivery guys. Poor customer service and heavy fine on return. Damaged our wall during furniture delivery. Please refrain buying from them otherwise you will suffer the same amount of pain in waiting and not getting your things right. Extremely disappointed

Awful customer service , my mums drawer underneath the wardrobe from this place has broke. Very unhelpful staff member on the online chat , suggested to buy the handles online . Where it is impossible to buy them And it didn't meet the guarantee where it is suppose to be lifetime guarantee . A handle should last alot longer than 4 years . Will not be recommending you

We had a bookcase delievered on 23rd Feb last week, and had paid £30 for the room of our choice. 3 guys brought in the huge, but filthy dirty box (clearly had sat in a warehouse for months), took it to the room we chose, but then said that's it, we don't unpack. We were shocked. had just had the house decorated, and now they left, and we had to drag the box back out of the room to our hall, to have room to unpack it - not easy, and dispose of all the filthy packing and put the bookcase back - then we complain - oh and you can't leave a google review, they just use trustpilot (i.e. so they can avoid bad reviews, filter them and make things look better than they are)

We bought a sofa for just under £2000. We had to order the additional delivery (£60-70) as the only standard delivery they offer is on a Monday and we both work all day on a Monday so this wouldn't work. When the item arrived we got half of the sofa in and the foot stool to then be told our other half isn't in the van. Not the delivery drivers fault as they didn't load the van. The earliest they could then redelivery the next part was the following Tuesday. Which isn't good enough when we have events planned after moving into our new home. When talking to customer services the best they can offer is a £50 voucher (which is less than our FAILED delivery fee) which will only buy one or two items at their store. When quite frankly I don't want to give them any money. Robert the customer service manager couldn't refund our delivery fee and now we're left with only option of waiting and then spending more money in there shop as we don't need the items the £50 voucher would buy. Atrocious service and we're discussing a full refund of the whole sofa and experience because you do not deserve our money.

Disgraceful outfit - avoid like the plague . Failed to deliver furniture- bought and paid for . Used excuse of driver emergency - won’t deliver until next week - left with a cleared out room Customer services are a joke and it’s “like it or lump it “ and we’ve had your money - get lost 😡

Bought a 2 and 3 seater from the store with extra paid for delivery and installation, delivery arrived at 7.30pm team had to borrow a knife to open the boxes and then brought the furniture into the house to discover one of the zips that holds the arm piece on was damaged, I agreed to sign the delivery note and accept the sofa which was a mistake I should have sent it back out with them as the customer service from store and head office is nothing short of outrageous a true case of we've got your money so do one avoid at all costs

Failed deliveries, faulty products, shocking service apart from the delivery drivers who were very apologetic each time they delivered a poor quality/damaged item. Six items ordered,,delivered at various times over several months and had to be returned. A very long story which began in February and Finally ended in October. Won’t be using this company again.
