“Friendly store staff, not over bearing, customer interaction pitched just at the right level, available when needed. We were served and dealt with by a very nice man called Keith from the Cheltenham, Gallagher retail park store, who made you feel relaxed and welcomed. Everything was made clear during the purchase process. The delivery process was great, the guys were very friendly, respectful and happy. BTW we love our new settees too. All in all a great experience. Would recommend oak-furniture-land as a place to go. Thank you.”

“We had previously brought I don room set from Harveys when we brought it they said it was solid oak but it was laminated and it all started to peel off so we went to Oakland furniture land brought another one and it’s fantastic beautiful quality solid oak would well recommend”

“Poor customer relations. Their subcontract service provider only came with the intention of writing of the complaint. Their costumer service phone centre constantly had to seek higher advice and when a supervisor did finally speak to me was intransigent and condisending.”

“We purchased our bed from the Royton (Oldham) store. The staff were very helpful and not pushy like some stores.Within a week the bed was delivered and we were kept well informed of the date of delivery, then the time slot then on the day of delivery a call was made to us 30 minutes before actual delivery. Excellent service from start to finis and would certainly recommend Oak Furniture Land to anyone thinking of purchasing home furniture.”
