“Recently made 2 purchases, first one a large mirror 5 out of 5. Great product and delivery. Second purchase a two seat sofa, love the product but, feet and locking mechanism damaged on delivery. We'lloyds see how good they are to repair.”

“Great experience from start to finish. They had a good variety of sofas, a lot more than we expected. The salesman, (Kashif Rafiq) gave us all the help we needed. He was very knowledgeable and advised us on sizes, colours, materials etc. What we expected to be a 2 hour job was all concluded within 20 minutes. I'm a very satisfied Oak Furniture Land customer.”

“Would have liked with the delivery an unpacking service. If I lived on my own it would have been Impossible to check the furniture without ripping the box. The box states if goods are damaged the box is required to be in tack. Not impressed as there was a 24 hour window to say if damaged. Delivery men were very pleasant and arrived on time as promised.”

“We ordered a large bookcase and asked that it be delivered in the morning of the day of delivery. Your Customer Service lady was so helpful and it duly arrived first thing in the morning. The delivery driver and his helper were very helpful, professional and friendly too. In all we are delighted with the bookcase which is exactly what we wanted. We will certainly recommend Oak Furniture Land to our friends.”

“I wanted a new dressing table Mirror and found one at Oak Furniture Land which was exactly what I wanted and it was reduced which made it even better. I received a call a couple of days later to arrange a delivery time and date. The delivery was on time and the delivery guys kept me up to date on time. Overall a pleasant experience and a lovely Mirror”

“The product is excellent, cannot fault it at all. But the service we got from oak furniture land does not match the price that they charge. The sales person was pushy, did not explain what would happen to the delivery, took our money and just wanted us out of the shop. We just got told the delivery will be in a few days. Then when the product was ready, someone called us to say it's ready, we need to be in during the week. We work Monday - Friday 9-5:30pm so it was pretty much impossible to have a delivery arranged unless we took a holiday for during the week. If we were told at the stage of purchase that delivery is definitely unavailable on a weekend, purchase wouldn't have been made.”
