“Quick delivery. ..... Of sofas....but had to build myself. .....not very hard though. ..but as I paid over £2100...it should have been built..and they left packaging. .two massive boxs...had 2 trips to the dump...not good.... Sofas are full grain real leather. .just what we were looking for so I can't comment on quality until I know they have lasted a good 10..to 20 years the salesman told us...and we have the 5 year guarantee at an extra cost....but so far very comfortable and good quality. ..I just hope it lasts...that's why we bought real leather. ..for quality and long lasting as its used daily to sit on..... Customer service is ok...”

“I bought a 3, 2 and armchair leather electric recliner set and had it delivered in a few days. The delivery men were brilliant, the whole set left in the right place in the lounge. The information about the purchase and delivery was continually updated by email culminating in a phone call from the delivery men 30 minutes before delivery. Everything works well and I am delighted with the purchase and the comfort of the product. It looks brilliant and feels like it cost a lot more. I could not be happier with the whole process from start to finish.”

“I was disappointed to find that the table legs come in a 'wrap'. Your literature states that you do not use veneer, and when I checked this with the salesman, he poured scorn on the idea that you would ever use anything other than solid wood. Even if a 'wrap' is not technically a veneer, it still means the legs are not the single solid pieces of wood which they appeared to be, and which I had been led to expect. You need to provide, fuller, more accurate descriptions.”

“Perfect experience from the visit to the store right through to the delivery of our new dining room suite. In the store at Boucher Road, Belfast, the team were most helpful and informative, without being too pushy. They demonstrated the details very capably and it was enjoyable. When we had picked our suite, they processed the sale smoothly and let us know what options were available to us. We were therefore able to make informed choices with no pressure. I was amazed at the efficiency once we had bought our suite. By the time I had driven home, a text arrived letting us know that our item was ready and to contact OFL to arrange delivery. We chose a day the following week, to allow me to decorate the room it was going in to! Shortly after that we received a text to let us know the date and approximate time. The time was firmed up a couple of days before delivery. The great day arrived and we got a call to let us know the delivery would be in half an hour. True to their word, the delivery people arrived right on time and carefully set all the bits in to the new dining room. They were very pleasant, helpful and courteous. I carefully unpacked all the parts and found assembly straight forward, ably assisted by my wife and 8 year old granddaughter. The dining room suite looks absolutely beautiful. Perfect, not a mark or blemish. We are delighted. This has been from start to finish, a really great experience. Well done Oak Furniture Land, many thanks.”
