“The call centre was helpful and respectful. Provided advice and support comprehensively. The delivery went without a hitch. Arrived as predicted. Delivery drivers polite and respectful very impressed with all areas of my purchase. The bed settee and chair are just what we were looking for and hoped they would be. “We were disappointed that the doors on our cabinet are approx. 6mm out of line. It may not sound like a lot but it was the first thing our first visitor noticed the day it was delivered. "oh, your new furniture is lovely....but the door is squint". Your returns policy was so daunting that I decided we would just live with it. The thought of repackaging a heavy piece of furniture in the exact manner in which it was packaged when it was delivered, and arranging days off work to fit around collection, then waiting for a replacement (again arranging time off work...or paying for a Saturday delivery) just seemed too much to contemplate for something that was in no way our fault. Anyway, we are living with the flaw and otherwise I like the furniture I bought. However, after reading the small print on return of faulty goods, I'm afraid I would struggle to recommend your company.”

“I was very pleased with all aspects of my purchase, from my initial purchase to delivery of my arm chair which came early on the day of the delivery. It was very well packaged with no damage and easy to assemble. Nothing i can really fault, would recommend this store and you can get a free coffee when you are looking around.”
