“Great service, lovely arrangement and lots of stock to view. Friendly staff, helped me to make my choices. The items were delivered exactly when they said they would be, no problem, and carried into the rooms that they were destined for. 5*”

“After opening the package, I noticed a crack on one of the chairs. I wasn't too concerned as I bought a 5 yr protection plan. However, it has been a nightmare to deal with to get this rectified. Firstly, when I call the number on the protection plan, they said you have to call the showroom or head office as the issue came up in the first year( 2 days in my case). On calling the showroom, they were quick to point me to their head office and offered no help at all. I was put on hold for over 15 minutes with the head office and decided to end the call as I already wasted about 1 hr trying to sort this out. What disappoints me the most is that none of this was made clear to me when I bought the product or the protection plan. Customers shouldn't have to deal with this and I wont be buying any more products or recommending oak furniture to anyone else. I will try and call them again to have this fixed but this hasn't been a good experience at all”

“Our Original purchase was made approximately 3 years ago, but having found traces of woodworm in our furniture, we made a complaint to the company.The affected furniture was replaced free of charge within days of our complaint.I do not think there can be too many companies out there who can match that kind of service!”

“Delivery was faster than expected and on time. Oakland Furniture provides a great service throughout the whole process. My wife and I have purchased from Oakland Furniture before. The last time it was our bed, mattress and bedside cabinets, which we bought instore. The service was fantastic and the quality even better! This was about 3 years ago so it was a no brainer to go back to Oakland Furniture for our dining set and again fantastic service. We ordered online this time and the process was so smooth. They kept in touch every step of the way by email and texts to confirm delivery. You really felt like you are in safe hands. From ordering to receiving our dining set felt very secure. Assembly was so easy, took less than 10 mins. To be honest, had we not received such great service instore we may not have gone back this time to order online. But because we've been there it has left an impression on us that this brand can be trusted to deliver quality services (instore, over the phone & online) and quality products. Very happy customers!”

“Due to me and my girlfriend having to wait for our new house to be built we had to change delivery dates on two occasions. Thankfully, this was not a problem and we rearranged via phone call. On delivery the guys were polite and once we had opened the packaging, we were not disappointed!! In the picture you can see this Dining Table is a quality piece. Excuse the TV, we're currently waiting for a wall bracket to be delivered!!”
