“Staff not over interested. Tried hard to sell other unrequired items. But efficient with knowledge of product. Impossible to organise a convenient delivery date at point of sale. Very inconvenient for people with busy diaries. Reluctant to return.”

“It took 3 and a half months to deliver the sofa. When we queried this, we were told that it was a bespoke order. However, when we ordered the sofa we were not told that this was a bespoke order and the website did not mention this.”

“Good selection to choose from, very pleased with Suite chosen, reasonable value for quality. Easy and professional service in Store and for delivery at home. Only drawback is furniture is left with packaging, and it's a b****er to take off and dispose of, but we were told that at the outset, in fairness...”

“The salesperson was not pushy at all and went out of his way to ensure I got all my questions answered, even to the extent of moving other furniture around so I could get a feel of how the sofa (that I was purchasing) would look against other colours in the room into which it was going. The information of looking after the sofa was clear, and the payment and booking of delivery was very easily done. The actual delivery was excellent too - on time and as described.”

“The customer service and delivery teams are excellent. We had a problem with delivery of our dining room set due to hard access to our canal-side home but they re-arranged delivery on a smaller vehicle that same week. Everyone was so helpful and courteous and the furniture is gorgeous, fantastic quality.”
