“Firstly our sofa is gorgeous!! Now that is it finally in the living room it looks great. The delivery team were fantastic, although I had measured for the sofa we could not get the height to pivot it into the living room, this caused some major stress on my part, the delivery drivers tried tirelessly for over and hour to get it in to no avail however I fully appreciate the time and effort they spent trying to helps us. We eventually got in in through other means which I won't go in to. The only negative I would say is I feel that delivery times are too long, we waited 7 weeks despite being informed that the sofa was ready after 4, it was disappointing that we couldn't have got it sooner. Would have given 5/5 had it not been for the long lead time. Thanks!”

“We bought a sofa in January 2017. Had problems with it and they sent an engineer. Worked for a bit but then same problem. In the end after 4 months they allowed us to swop for a different new sofa. Pretty good customer service I would say.”

“Everyone I dealt with was efficient, the whole purchase ran smoothly. Delivery men were excellent, they rang me beforehand, delivered at the time expected and were friendly and very helpful. Furniture was extremely well packed and I would recommend Oak Furniture Land.”

“From sales assistant to delivery, everyone was very professional. The delivery men were marvellous, helpful and friendly. Furniture was very well packed and looks great, I am very happy with it and would recommend Oak Furniture Land.”

“The furniture is very good quality and a lot of choice. The showroom was well laid out and very helpful staff. However the delivery was appalling! Dirty boxes dumped on our new pale grey carpet, far too much packaging, polystyrene is abominable. We had to attach legs and door handles, if we wanted flatpack we would go to ikea! It took us over an hour to unpack and assemble and then a trip to the tip the next day. Our elderly mothers could not do this. One item was rolled along our hallway despite having 'fragile' and 'keep this way up' quite clearly on the box! The chair said remove coasters but there was only one which had dug into our new carpet. We were asked to sign that no damage had been caused before most of the items were even in the house. Having recently had furniture from DFS, the difference was a very apparent, they even covered their shoes before entering our house. I feel Oakfurnitureland needs to address these issues as we would think twice before purchasing more items and that is a pity.”

“Really helpful and informative staff in the shop. Delivery date agreed when purchased but then was also confirmed by email and texts. Products arrived as arranged. All were well packaged and in good condition. Love the furniture. Very good quality solid wood. Would definitely recommend Isk Furniture Land to friends. Had”

“We were absolutely definite assured that our sofa would be delivered to our flat in St Ives in an appropriately sized vehicle. We were telephoned by the driver to let us know that they couldn't deliver because they were in a seven and a half tonne lorry!!! We had to give them an alternative address to deliver to and then had to pay ourselves for a second delivery. I telephoned the shop to let them know and they apologised and suggested I ring the people whom I had paid for a damage insurance against stains etc on our sofa. Clearly that wasn't appropriate or helpful!”
