“Great Firm to deal with, old fashion customs were the customer is important. Delivery free very unusual by todays standards. More bigger firms could learn a lot from Oak Furniture will be going back for sure. Furniture is fantastic. Strong sturdy and all real wood real craftwork.”

“I found your furniture great but the way it is packaged is very difficult to unpack being disabled I had to hire someone to unpack it for me you should let people know it is delivered in large boxes so they are forewarned.”

“The furniture was very well packed, perhaps a little too well as it took quite a long time for us to undo the wrapping and we are still disposing of it - it was delivered on 25th February! As mentioned previously the opportunity of having assistance with the unpacking and putting together, as in the case of the display cabinet - which needed the top half to be lifted onto the base unit, would have been useful. Younger purchasers would probably be able to deal easily with this but not older people. The opportunity to purchase some assistance would have made life much easier.”
