“the wait for the furniture took forever but it was worth the wait. Only downside was far to much packaging to get rid off and delivery drivers were pretty useless and did not offer to give me a hand to put the furniture together but all in all not bad.”

“The furniture is good quality but the service is deplorable. If you are not able-bodied, or have plenty of people to help you don't bother with them. They will not unpack, leave with you all of the boxes, packaging to dispose of and we were left with a 72kg sideboard upside down that we had to lift the right way ourselves. Why they cannot provide an extra service to help people out is beyond me. Anyone elderly or infirm would not be able to deal with them by themselves. They were also going to leave two huge boxes in the road blocking traffic. Dreadful, dreadful service. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THEM AT ALL.”

“The purchase was quick and effortless. I knew what I wanted and was in & out of the shop within 20 mins. What I liked was how readily available the item was and the delivery was made within a few days. No tedious wait. The delivery was made within the time frame promised. At all times communication was timely and unambiguous.”
