“I wanted a large mirror but I wanted to see the colour/grain of the wood etc. of the one I was actually buying before purchasing, so I went to Oak Furnitureland. When I asked to buy it I was told that I couldn't have that one because everything had to be ordered. After chatting to the really helpful salesman, he said that if I ordered one and I didn't like it, I could bring it to the store and they could swap it over with the one on their wall. This is what I did, (An hours' journey away) but the person I had seen before was not in the store that day and the man in charge said he would not swap it over. Very disappointed, I had to travel back home. (In total: 4 hours wasted + fuel + time in the store on both visits)”

“This is a stunning sofa and really please I bought it, it’s very comfortable and everyone loves it I’ve given only 4 stars ⭐️ as it was a major problem getting through the door so a word of warning ⚠️ do measure the door I have standard doors, I may have to sell the house with the sofa as getting it out would be an interesting project!!”

“Placed order online. Then got a call the next day to orders could not be fulfilled. The chap wa very helpful and offered alternatives which we managed to compromise and make it work. But it cost extra. Then we took delivery and one of the tables was broken when we unpacked it and the wrong chairs were delivered.”
