“From the moment I ordered online it was great service right up to delivery, contact was quick and delivery was quickly arranged, the lamps themselves are beautiful and real statement peices in the room and go perfectly with a sofa I purchased last year from them, the delivery itself was great, had contact the day before and then an hour before they arrived, they were polite, smiley and nice to deal with, all in all another exceptional buy from them making me a very happy customer who will definitely be back for more, A big Thankyou to you all.”

“Great customer service by Michael Hackworthy at the Watford store, we went to a range of stores around Oak Furniture however what stood out the most was Michael's professionalism, extremely polite, easy to get on with, calm, and very accommodating. He was honest, easy and a great individual to help us make a choice on what table to buy to which we are loving.”

“I bought a beautiful dark oak large mirror for our hall which was greatly reduced in price! It was delivered extremely promptly by a very polite and courteous driver. The mirror came in a good strong box and was carefully packed. We are just so delighted with our purchase which was not only an amazing bargain, but suits our purpose and reflects so much light. It has turned out to be one of those rare experiences to get such a beautiful looking, well made mirror at such a great price with constant information on delivery and expected time of arrival. I am one very happy customer and must thank you for an excellent product at an excellent price with excellent customer care!!!”

“Leather two and three seater purchased and delivered within two weeks "amazed" at superfast delivery. Well wrapped with concise assembly instructions (definitely two man job)Very pleased with price and build quality The courteous delivery staff pointed out not to drag box due to staples on outside(wooden floor would have marked well) Assembled to reveal exactly as described perfect quality leather sofas(comfortable) only query would be the cream they supply to treat settees Having read the instructions and cream is not recommended with skin contact????? strange as you sit on them and rest bare arms and legs where you put the cream????????”

“The service in the store was informative and helpful. Yemi was our main contact at Cribbs store. Also the delivery men were friendly and helpful. The sofas have been good so far with the electric recliners a real luxury. We took out the insurance in case of any problems but hope we will not need it!”

“Very Happy customer We recently purchased a 3 seater and 2 seater electric reclining sofas. The staff in store were happy to help and give some good advice but were not in your face so we felt free to browse around the store without being pounced on. As we spent over £1500 we could choose a free accessory, there were oak framed mirrors, big clocks or framed pictures to choose from - all very attractive - and the mirror we chose is good quality with no distortions of the glass. Delivery was within 2 weeks and we could specify the delivery date in store but change it easily on line. We had a text the day before delivery giving us a 3 hour time slot which was great for arranging to be in. Really pleased with our purchase and the whole experience, from stepping into the store, to delivery, was excellent.”
