“Delivery date given at time of purchase. Bear in mind this was 6 weeks pre Xmas. Aware dining set wouldn't arrive in time so we are Xmas dinner on our laps. Anticipated delivery did not arrive. Phoned to chase on day of delivery to be told another 2 weeks. Furious”

“I was looking for good quality smart new furniture for my Dad's retirement apartment, and decided to view the range at Oakfurnitureland. I was pleasantly surprised by the choice of styles, quality and the competitive prices. Having seen the items I needed in store, I ordered online with a specific day for delivery at extra cost, which is optional but well worth it. The ordering process via the web site was simple and quick. As requested the furniture arrived on the chosen day and the service from the delivery team was exceptional, who were pleasant, efficient and helpful. With minimal assembly, merely the handles, they were set up in no time, complimenting the lounge, you can see there's no Ikea in here. It was a first-time purchase and extremely happy with the whole process and the quality of the items; Well worth a visit to a store and online if you are looking for this type of furniture. Regards, Jimi.”
