“The order was processed efficiently and I was informed of the upcoming delivery in good time. The delivery company advised of a 1-hour slot and delivered in that time time slot. A good system. I'd ordered 2 different sets of 24 beer cans. about 20% of the cans were dented but not pierced so all good. You don't see dented cans on the shelf in O'Briens.”

Dear Biddy, our apologies for the confusion. Parcels can often become separated in transit but both will contain all necessary details for successful delivery. We try to minimise this situation but it will happen from time to time and the second parcel is usually delivered on the very next delivery van in the area. I had to work wth their help line to get the adress detail amended.”
