“Delivery was made on time thank you, but not with my message attached for my friend 40th Anniversary. They just found a shipping docket in the bottom of the box, so didn't know who'd sent it? So I had to ask if they'd received it? Very disappointing not what you want from a present.”

“Am usually happy with the wines I order. Your recommendations are not always to my taste, but that is a personal thing. Overall very satisfied with the service- the only thing I find difficult is applying my saved points to an order, when using your website . It is not straightforward and I usually just give up and leave them there. Maybe that could be made simplier.”

“Ordering online was easy and the delivery lead-time considering the circumstances was good. I had to contact with O'Briens and they approach was prompt and very professional. The only thing that let them down was that they got my order mixed up slightly. I got some whites instead of reds. This is not a deal breaker for me as these things happen. I will use again.”

“Good choice of wines.Not a big selection of beers though.Just one thing..you could do a proof read of the wine descriptions as there are words that are not spaced apart in a quite a few of them and also some mispellings as in "amp" for "and"...don't want to sound niggling and overall happy with the site.”

“It was a great service which I plan to use again. There was no place for me to provide my loyalty card details. Unfortunately, some of the wine that I selected from the wine offered on the website was not available.”

“I’ve had two deliveries of OBriens Wine first took seven days second eight days with a warning at time of ordering that delay would be about a week The delivery company with first delivery arrived on time.The second delivery was two hours late with profuse apologies from Keith the driver My experience with delivery has been satisfactory A criticism is the number of white wines that are not in stock”
