I’ve been shopping with O’Briens for years now but am unhappy they raised the free shipping to €100. They get 5* if not for that!

I would have given a 5 but for the fact that your website could not process my payment online. As I live in Australia this made the ordering process much less convenient. Otherwise, a great selection of wine and efficient delivery service.

wine good delivery good. But (and I know its hard to please people) the wine came in 5 boxes - with only 6 bottles to a box - meant I had to do a special trip to the recycling place - huge amount of cardboard. Pity there is no option to just get the wine and no boxes.

The ordering online was seamless and very straightforward but when I changed the delivery date with the courier company they were a day later than requested which caused some issues at my end.

The product, a mixed case of 12 was fantastic value but I was unable to collect it from the store. Delivery was arranged but it didn't suit so I was able to change it by making a phone call. One other issue was that i could not add the points to my card as it wouldn't recognise my code.

I bought wine in Templeogue on 5th November. The service in the shop is terrific. The loyalty points were reflected on the till receipt but NOT online because of sync problems, this delayed my ordering a case on the 5th. It took 5 days to resolve this issue which resulted in a delay in my ordering a case of wine online and a further delay in my receiving loyalty points there too. 8 days later there was no sign of the wine. I rang O'Brien's and spoke with Sinéad she was ver apologetic and professional and arranged the delivery for me on the following day. I have shopped in O'Briens for more than 15 years and I always recommend O'Briens to my family and friends and they are never disappointed.Keep up the good work

My only reservation is about packaging. Boxes of 12 bottles, especially of sparkling wines, are very heavy and couriers usually will not bring them into the house/apartment. It would be helpful if boxes were limited to 6 bottles

Excellent Service, easy to use website, extensive wine range on line. (The beer range on line could be a little better). After sales service also very good. Only quibble which is not really an O'Brien's issue is the Courier Agent DPD who have got our address incorrect on more than one occasion (even though it is accurate on the O'Brien's account) leading to occasional delays on deliveries.
