“It was a great service which I plan to use again. There was no place for me to provide my loyalty card details. Unfortunately, some of the wine that I selected from the wine offered on the website was not available.”

“I’ve had two deliveries of OBriens Wine first took seven days second eight days with a warning at time of ordering that delay would be about a week The delivery company with first delivery arrived on time.The second delivery was two hours late with profuse apologies from Keith the driver My experience with delivery has been satisfactory A criticism is the number of white wines that are not in stock”

“My experience of shopping on line was excellent (5star). I was searching for low cost quality wine in the price range of €9 to 13. I thought the choice was OK without being great. A lot of the special offers were not available courtesy of covid 19, I presume. So I'm happy to come back and search when stocks are under less pressure. Overall a good experience and really good delivery time. M.”

“Good selection of wines in different styles from across the world. Slightly pricier than competitors but with many good wines only available at O'Briens you take your choices. Personally, I'd like to see more organic wines on offer.”

“I buy on-line and only from "one-off" sales and promotions. Service and value are generally very good. My only complaint is that it is never quite clear from the website alone what vintage of the wine is on offer. Vintages might be less variable than formerly but they still matter and it is a pity that the purchase can't always be closed out based on reliable data on the website alone.”

“The process of purchasing online was easy and efficient. Delivery was on schedule. However one wine I ordered was incorrect and I received an inferior wine in its place. I complained and my complaint was dealt with quickly and efficiently and to my satisfaction. I should also say that the monetary difference between the wines was small.”

“The delivery arrived in perfect condition and within a few days of my order. The only negative remark I have to make it the selection of wines available for 'home delivery' appear to be less than those on offer in our local store and also they tended to be more expensive also.”
