“Everything arrived and had been delivered quickly. However the packaging for the beer and the wine (under a separate order) were both poor. The taping on the bottom of both boxes had split so that the bottom of the box was opening. I had to turn both upside down to take contents out. Luckily nothing broken.”

“Very fast delivery 2 days from order to delivery. Could have been packaged more securely one of the boxes was damaged in transit as the packing wasn't tight enough around the bottles. Apart from the packaging everything else is fine.”

“Order process is smooth and delivery very fast. One major problem is Ups leaving a the package on my doorstep. No knock, no doorbell ring. No notification, nothing and it's not acceptable. This just encourages thieves or accidents.please ensure you inform your couriers to deliver the package not drop off the package. There is a big difference.”

“The five bottles arrived in a timely manner, but the one bottle that has a gift carton had been crammed in and so the box is damaged. As it is for a collection this is disappointing. Otherwise, all was perfect.”
