“Just one problem with the order: the Gewurtztraminer I ordered was replaced with a Riesling without any explanation. Will you send me on the Gewurtztraminer? I ordered online because I wasn’t able to get to my store in Blanchardstown.”

“I order a lot of wine on line. I have never received a broken bottle. I think the packaging from Obriens is extremely excessive and unnecessary creating a problem on how to get rid of it. Otherwise very good service.”

“Online ordering very good. Wine very good. Timeliness and actual physical delivery very good, but notification of proposed delivery time leaves a lot to be desired. Notification consisted of "June 14 by end of day". You must be one of of the few who does not give a 1 or 2 hour time slot.”

“Everything arrived and had been delivered quickly. However the packaging for the beer and the wine (under a separate order) were both poor. The taping on the bottom of both boxes had split so that the bottom of the box was opening. I had to turn both upside down to take contents out. Luckily nothing broken.”

“Very fast delivery 2 days from order to delivery. Could have been packaged more securely one of the boxes was damaged in transit as the packing wasn't tight enough around the bottles. Apart from the packaging everything else is fine.”
