“Delivery was very quick and the order was correct. We were disappointed however that the birthday message attached in the order wasn’t sent with the delivery. My son had no idea who had sent him the wine.”

“A bit slow to process this over the Christmas period but otherwise it arrived in good shape. Had I known it was going to take so long, I would have called the local O'Briens and asked if they would do a delivery for me over the phone.”

“The order was processed efficiently and I was informed of the upcoming delivery in good time. The delivery company advised of a 1-hour slot and delivered in that time time slot. A good system. I'd ordered 2 different sets of 24 beer cans. about 20% of the cans were dented but not pierced so all good. You don't see dented cans on the shelf in O'Briens.”

“I'm looking forward to it although I think it was risky to leave the box at my front door. Could someone not have phoned? I trust the onus wasn't on me if it wasn't there when I got home. the delivery time of arrival was very vague. All the best Trisha”

Dear Biddy, our apologies for the confusion. Parcels can often become separated in transit but both will contain all necessary details for successful delivery. We try to minimise this situation but it will happen from time to time and the second parcel is usually delivered on the very next delivery van in the area. “Delivery always fast and on point! Very nice assortment of bottles. P. S. My 16 yo bushmills tin came without the lid. Not a biggy but if you have a spare, do you mind to send it to me? 😅”

“Website and order process good, delivered intact, good packaging. Lose a star because DPD couldn't deliver on the first attempt as they hadn't been given my EirCode in the adress details, although I had specified it in the order details. I had to work wth their help line to get the adress detail amended.”
