Next day delivery was excellent but this order was a gift and the card requested was not with the order, which was disappointing.

This is not your issue but UPS , your delivery firm, claimed I was not in today and have sent my wine to a delivery point quite a distance from me. I am not sure how I am supposed to collect it ?? I have been in all day, they definitely did not arrive at my delivery address. I am not sure what happens next, I can’t collect the parcel it should have been delivered to me personally

Am an active customer of O'Briens. My only complaint in the delay in the payment process. It can be enough to make you decide will I or won't I proceed.

Happy with wine. Unhappy with delivery. The Courier just left the wine on my front doorstep and then left before alerting me. I would have preferred if he rang the doorbell first - I would have had him put the cases at the side door, which is right next to my wine rack. I've just had back surgery and am not able to easily bend over and move things. I appreciate the speed, but not the delivery process.

Is the Porta 6 out of stock as it wasn't received. It was instead replaced by Marqués de la Concordia Reserva.

I find them good value and when I want a wine for a special occasion o' browns have them. Very good delivery man carried box into house for my wife . 10 out of 10 for service. Jim Darley.

My delivery of wine was well signalled on email and txt. Arrived on time. Delivery man left it at door after knocking despite big sign saying “don’t give to under 18s” on box. But no biggie as they say.

Delivery seemed to take a little longer than usual but nothing of any great consequence. 6 days including long week end. My only quible, and it is important to me, is that you only designate the day of delivery with no time slot. I find this a major nuisance.

It all went fine until I cried to pay why it didn’t work for me I still don’t know however. With your help I succeeded but I could be faced with the same issue the next time I tried to pay.

As a returning customer when I go to pay I have to go through this verification process. This time I had to call my bank .I also had signed in. So I don't know why I have to go through this process.

I wish O’Briens did not use DPD who in my experience are casual and careless and who only nominally have an interest in customer service. They screwed up my wine order and it took a week to arrive. They did not deliver my previous order as apparently they left it in ‘my secure place’ which is non existent and have done nothing to solve.
